A further update. 

I have begun a PAB with casinomeister as per advice on here.

IBAS advised me to continue the court route as the operator is still refusing the refund.

I honestly wish I had never watched @Daskelelele . I have decided I will not be watching any streamers after this and not playing online anymore. The hassle for a €100 refund is unbelievable and reading people’s experiences on this site when they win big and have issues withdrawing is just shocking. What an awful industry casino affiliation and casinos really are.

Well you can't tar everyone casino and streamer with the same brush, that's not fair as Kim always does his best to help ppl with regards any problems with his sign up links

They are parasites. Having dug a little deeper you see the true nature, it’s all an image they portray for sign ups. I spoke to an ex affiliate and looked at the Rev share of two casinos and affiliates get 100% of losses back on one site from sign ups! 
 

Casinogrounds is also mainly owned by a casino group that a few years ago was exposed as giving streamers fake money!

Kim and the rest create the image tht if you sign up through their links @Skylined87will help Lol. He doesn’t/can’t/can’t be bothered. It’s all for sign ups and the CPA/Rev share. Myself and others are proof of this. The streamers on screen personalities may be funny etc but it’s selling at the end of the day. They make money from all our losses. 
 

I honestly don’t know how they can look their children and families in the eye. It’s a  deplorable industry and all about money 🤢
