You cannot call these guys as they don’t have a phone number just the rubbish online chat saying my account is under review!! I have had now had to get a loan out for my bills as my £50,000 is not in my bank yet just unbelievable. I feel like I deserve compensation for the waiting time. has anyone else had an experience like this? Link to comment

You should have asked for the final letter on why they are not paying and move onto ADR and possibly legal action through EU dispute resolution platform. They are licensed under UKGC, so normal ADR procedure should apply. Good luck Link to comment

I understand the verification procedure but when I have sent these documentation to other casinos and has much larger withdrawals it makes no sense. I sent them my certificate of winnings from Monte Carlo with the email from the vip manager which you can clearly see plus it’s all letterhead and signed from the manager from Monte Carlo and been accepted by other bigger casino and they are saying this now? ‘’Our observation in respect of ‘partially completed’ winnings note is simply that there is no information indicating the identification document used for customer verification on the document which we would have expected to see in accordance with the money laundering regulations in place at the time for a win of this size.’ plus they are not reading my emails I sent through to them correctly as I have explained the situation with my exchanging the euros and how this is related to my win at NYSPINS. Just such a mess. I have now explained again but I’d this doesn’t work I will have no option to go to my lawyer that deals with online casinos but I should have to do this when it’s clearly very simple. so at the moment still waiting for the £50,000 Link to comment
