  1. I was playing at many sites last year and to be honest I only really play roulette usually now lightning roulette as you have a better chance of the big wins with the multiplayer. I was playing at around 5 casinos last year some big, some small and never had an issues with verification AML regulations etc. it’s in the hands of my solicitor now so thanks for the advice but he will deal with this for me as i am paying him, just wanted to give the chat a heads up. when it takes a month to respond to an official letter from my solicitor then we know that they are not taking this seriously. They could have called my solicitor in London or given us the contact details but they hide behind emails but they can’t hide in a uk court and maybe I will publish this with a newspaper haven’t decided yet.
  2. Hi guys just a quick update with everything! So far I have spent around £2,200 with my solicitor in London. He has tried his best to ask Nyspins legal team what they want and all they have done is ignored the questions asked to get this completed. The last letter took over a month for them to respond and they didn’t even answer one question my solicitor asked. It has come to the point now my solicitor has sent the last email around a week ago to them still no response asking them the questions again and if they fail to respond accordingly then I have instructed my solicitor to take court action against them in the UK. I know all my money is above board and I know that we have sent sufficient evidence to support that. It seems like at Nyspins head office different people look at my solicitor emails, letters and just don’t look at the documentation I have sent across properly. If we do go to court then we have all the emails that I have sent and my solicitor which will just make them look so irresponsible you wouldn’t believe. Court action will include my winnings, court fees and compensation for what they have done to me over the last year. I will keep you informed.
  3. If you blocked yourself on wildz then you shouldn’t have been able to play on wheelz casino as you can’t play on sister sites during the break you’ve taken. So in theory you should get you deposit back and you’re winnings should be forfeited.

Hi guys, It’s not finished with yet lads but it has been 18 weeks now I am just waiting for my next response from NYSPINS which will hopefully be tomorrow as there has been a pattern off waiting 7 days for an email from them to respond just unbelievable bad service to myself as a customer. I will be instructing my solicitor this week if I don’t get a positive response from NYSPINS and taking action against them. I will keep you all updated lads
  7. I am glad you didn’t have an issue with the 70k mate I have had £140,000 withdrawal from videoslots last August money in the bank in a couple of weeks so great service after verification. NYSPINS have put me through hell very depressing for me and losing sleep because of this situation. The facts are I deposited £3000 in four separate payments won £50,000 and they are trying every stalling tactic ever. I just want my money then move on with my life.
  8. It’s a disgrace I have tried to contact suprnation and sent them emails but no response ever. I found the compliance people email and sent them an email but still no response. It’s just shocking what they are doing to me. Why am I waiting days again for a response from NYSPINS it’s just unbelievable bad service!
  9. So I thought I would just speak to live chat at NYSPINS as I sent an email on Monday in response to there email they sent me on Monday also. They seem to have an issue on my savings account transactions. So I have now asked them to send me the dates, amounts on my savings account that they are not happy with just so I can go through my statement and give them the justification for these. I sent this email on Monday but still no response that’s why I contact live chat. so the live chat told me today that the case was closed at there end!! So this is when I went crazy at this girl and eventually she owned up and said they will respond to my email as this case is not closed or finished yet. so this is another example off more lies and putting me under stress again just very bad service.
  10. The sad thing is that they have asked me for information and I have got this for them. They said to me back in the middle of December on email that I needed to get this information to COMPLETE source off funds which I have given the information from the casinos but now they are asking about other money in my bank account that doesn’t have anything to do with the deposits made with NYSPINS. I just seem to give them the information needed then they just ask for more.
  11. I am very upset as I have sent so much documentation bank statements etc it really gets you down and now I have to go through a bloody solicitor to get my money back just not good enough. NYSPINS might be great a paying small winnings but why should it be so difficult to pay me my winnings just because it’s big. This has now caused stress in my life losing sleep on a night because of this stress. I will not be playing online casinos ever again just can’t deal with this anymore
  12. Hey guys, well looks like like I have got to get my solicitor involved now just unbelievable bad service. NYSPINS are the worst casino I have ever played at please stay away from them. They said in previous emails my source of wealth would be completed once I sent the requested documentation from grosvenor casino and betvictor which I did now they just want more bullshit information which is nothing to do with the deposits with NYSPINS. solictor is ready now and I will be getting compensation for this.
  13. mate trust me I am incredibly pissed of at NYSPINS. At the moment I am £50,000 out off pocket and very upset with the verification procedure. I looked at all my emails since September 2020 and they is a clear pattern once I get an email from NYSPINS I reply immediately but takes them on average 7 days to reply. They have asked for documentation some off it rejected so I have had to chase other casinos I have won in the past, what makes me very angry is that these other casinos have excepted my documentation for verification but it’s unacceptable to NYSPINS. it’s just sad to me that I am still waiting after all this time. I should have a something tomorrow hopefully
  14. For myself and the experience I have had to go through over the last four months with NYSPINS it’s just really put me off playing online. I understand the KYC verification process but for a online casino to drag this out for four months is unacceptable. When I send an email and get a response 7 days later it’s just not good enough. I am sure that my money would have been paid to me with the first 4 weeks if they would have responded much quicker than they did. so they have kept my £50,000 for four months now! So do I get compensation for this! Interest! Just a very sad casino.

  18. Sorry mate but you’re clueless, after waiting for 17 weeks off bullshit I have every right to ask questions! I only got annoyed with him when he couldn’t be bothered to do his job and give me my information what i requested. I asked him for my balance and at first he said he couldn’t get it! Then he gave me the incorrect information then he gave me the correct information. Do you think I am bothered about other customers when I should be a priority after 17 weeks unbelievable. You wouldn’t believe all the screenshot I have on NYSPINS it’s embarrassing. They had the U.K. mobile number on the terms and conditions on the website which was linked to a man from Syria nothing the do with NYSPINS. They have took it off now and said it was a content mistake but gladly I have all screenshots 👍

  21. Hey guys, still nothing back yet regarding my documentation for verification spoke with live chat but they just tell me it’s with the relevant department. I really wished these casino would put some effort in to good loyal players but just doesn’t seem to be the case. how hard would it be for a member of the management to call me on my mobile? I just think it would be the correct thing to do after all this time.

So just a quick update: I have now managed to get further evidence off my game play before I deposited on NYSPINS. i have got my gaming statements from winning room with £60,000 withdrawals from 28th September. grosvenor another £60,000 withdrawals on 21st September. Vegas luck with a £15,000 withdrawal from 15th September. Betvictor £3000 28th September. so let’s just see how this goes but this is now clear evidence that some of the funds above were used to make my deposits on the 28th September and 1st October with NYSPINS. £3000 in total.

Hey mate, I have had experience with Videoslots because I am fully verified with them now, once i make a withdrawal it’s in my bank account within a couple of hours which is such an incredible service. mansion casino are also great once I got verified my withdrawals were in my account within a couple of days plus they gave me free money no wagering in total around £8000 I have had online Amazon vouchers, Fitbit, Dom Perignon champagne. Call from the VIP manager all the time making sure I am ok. when I spoke with these casinos about NYSPINS I will be honest they were very disappointed with them how it’s gone. Boyle sports casino which I believe is an Irish casino I think fantastic customer service again plus you can call them if you have any issues. As soon as I get my money from NYSPINS I will stick to these three casinos because I have a great relationship with them and they look after me as a customer. I will not be joining anymore online casinos I cannot go through this process again.

I suppose if I won say £1000 from my £3000 deposit then they would have not gone into an in-depth verification process which is not right tbh as it shouldn’t matter how much you win it’s about the deposit you have done. so for example if I won £200 from the £3000 deposit and they couldn’t complete the verification process would NYSPINS give me back the £3000 deposit I truly believe they wouldn’t.
  25. The thing what really upset with NYSPINS was the email I received saying that they would refund my deposits if i couldn’t provide the correct documentation. So that would mean I would receive £3000 and lose out on £47,000 which shocked me as a good casino would work together with the customer to get this sorted out. I really wished after this amount off time someone would call me on the telephone it’s much easier to speak to the management and it could be resolved in minutes. They just don’t read the information I send correctly is very frustrating.
