For the last 10 days I have been sending numerous documents from bank statements to due-diligence and parents bank statements as they sent me my income. They always take days to reply and always ask for more documents. The most recent document they have asked for is my bank statement between 21st December and now ? I can’t even get this. I find this unfair as I have sent literally everything they have asked for Link to comment

I find this unfair as I have sent literally everything they have asked for Tell them that if they are unhappy with you and your documents/proof of income and do not want to proceed with the withdrawal, they can refund your deposits and close your account. I guess that would work even better for you. Same old story here, no request for documents when depositing and immediate request when withdrawal is initiated. Link to comment
