I have received the free spins on several casinos:
in any case Leovegas, Ultracasino, Justspin. 

Now for Leovegas it showed up as a 'promotion' that had to be claimed/activated before playing. Attention all: that promo showed a 24hour window to claim it in my case.

In the other casino's I started up the Iron Bank game and got a pop-up there that I could activate the free spins.
