Evolution Gaming Crazy Time do not pay the bigger wins!!!

Last weeks I've been playing @Evolution Gaming Official Crazy Time on Ultracasino. I wanna share my really really bad experiences.

Last Sunday, 27th of September, I played Crazy Time with 1e bet. After two hours of playing I got Cash Hunt bonus (well I got it few times, but this time was special). Somehow I managed to pick 100x! But after this specific bonus round my account was not added 100e, but only 1e. I was so disappointed. The bonus round was never cancelled. The money was there and I chose the right symbol (in the cast hunt bonus you have to choose the symbol). I contacted support, but they just told me to wait if the money appears on my account. It never didn't. Missing 100e win is not the end of the world, but since in this game it's so difficult to win anything it felt really bad.

Today (2nd of October) I deposited 50e. I decided to play Crazy Time again. I had an unbelievable luck since I got 5x Pachinco with my first 1e bet. I got into the bonus game and the ball landed 125x. After the bonus, ONLY 1e was added on my account again !!! I got super angry and disappointed. Since I never win anything big, it felt so ***cking bad that they "cancelled" the bonus even I made the bet on time and got to the bonus game. The 1e bet was on the Pachinco card all the time during the bonus round, but the money I should have won never appeared on my account. I contacted the support and they just couldn't help me at all.

Now I'm deciding to close all my casino accounts because of this shit. Of all my winnings I've got on Crazy Time, only the biggest ones have been cancelled. How is it even possible?? I've never ever got any problems in this game expect these two times. Never got any bets rejected.

I didn't take the screenshot of these bonus games, but I took one screenshot immediately after this second bonus happened.

What is this??? Are they scamming?? On online casino games, providers can't have bugs like these. @Evolution Gaming Official is a one hell of a scam!!! This business is getting worse every year...

Do you see your bets in gaming history?Have you tried using other browser in mobile phone or updating current to the latest version?Is WIFI connection you use is strong/has good speed as it shows online stream video on your screenshot is in connecting mode.Also try to playing on the PC.

I'm not seeing those specific bets on my betting history, for some reason?? I'm hundred 100% sure I made the bet and I enjoyed the whole bonus with my bet on that.

I have the latest browser on my iPhone, super fast connections, and like I said, it's working perfectly all the time (no connection issues etc), except these two times. Now I've read few cases about Evolutiong Gaming rejecting to pay the bigger bonus wins and I'm thinking they're doing it for purpose. I know that paying 100e win is nothing for them, but there must some reason for that...

This is simple connection issue from your side or Evolutions side - which is hard to resolve

if it was on evolutions side you wouldnt know/see it until the round finishes though, in which some cases got the money after if you can quote the gameround and your player id or something

No reason to be rude. There is nothing you can do about it. I doubt that the Casino or Evolution will credit you the win just because you say you had money on it.

I am glad to see a post about an issue almost similar that I had 

I was playing crazy time and we hit the Cash hunt bonus with x3 and I had £3 on it so was possibly a massive outcome especially there were a 500x and few 100x.

at the time to reveal the multiplier you win the screen of cash hunt froze for about 20 min even the host was uncomfortable as she had to stand next to the screen and ask to be patient. As you know if you play this game it’s like 3K people so the chat went mental and of course the support could not help as were swamped by the number of chat 

i decided to contact chat when game resumed and they confirmed I hit 60x they even give me the line and column I chose, but no money credited and they advised to contact my casino. After 3 weeks my casino said no you did not win 60x but 7x as the number was 2 

i am still waiting for my money and I will not give up I emailed their dpo email address to ask all the chat as I did not take any screen shots

I will keep you posted but if you have issue with evolution TAKE SCREEN SHOTS of the chat best advice possible and please please don’t give up if they keep money it’s not theirs it’s like stealing

I'm like a dog today I had won 5grand and got greedy only because the host was hinting at what time the win would be. So I stayed playing got down to a grand. Just reached the time of cash hunt which she was hinting at 500xs all over the board, this was the only round I missed for 6 hours because they wouldn't let me place my bet of 50euro which I was waiting for. Then they put me out of the game, so I looked it up online and what happens 300x straight away and 200x pachinko. I went to Monopoly straight away because both evolution and no problems. Out of 1000 rounds my bet on all segments button doesn't work exactly when there was a huge bonus i was waiting for. Then I wasted the rest trying to win back. So stupid on my part but so fu**ing pist off about that. What's the chances not missing 1 round for hours 11.40 am.
