Cochis Posted 27 September, 2020 Posted 27 September, 2020 i've won 6875 euro and they take it away i've won 6875 euro , wagger done , i withdraw 4000 euro and keep 2800 to play. 10m later i play a game and see 200 euro on my account. So i check my balance and yess al the money gone. They forfait my money because i played on fruit party and i buyed the bonusses. never more than 1,6 euro. But for them its more than the 5 euro. in the terms there is not one single line that says you can't buy bonusses. I ve played for so long , and every time watched out for the wagger. Never in my live i've been scammed like this. 7k euro gone waw. Can you even imagine how you can feel about this, was so long that i ve won and then you win the 5000x on fruit party, your in the moon , and 10m later your in hell. Edit Delete Share
Teamkayenne Posted 27 September, 2020 Posted 27 September, 2020 Hello mate. I think it's pretty much basic for every player that when someone plays with match deposit bonuses they agree to the terms. Are you now sure that you broke the terms?
Cochis Posted 27 September, 2020 Author Posted 27 September, 2020 waw, read it yesterday and read the email and that was not mentioned, Hey,We received your withdrawal request earlier that we can see you had generated while taking part of a bonus. As mentioned in our terms:Until the play through requirements have been met, the maximum bet that can be placed is 5 EUR/USD/CAD/AUD/NZD/USDT, 50 NOK, 0.01 BCH, 0.01 ETH, 1,000 Dogecoin, 0.1 LTC, 20 PLN or 300 RUB. When it comes to Bitcoin players the maximum bet is 1 mBTC. This includes double up wagers after the game round has been completed, for example, wagering winnings from X game round on red/black. As you had made bets above that the last deposit was returned and remaining funds forfeited Nice, its unbelievable andvif you don't believe me here is the screen
Teamkayenne Posted 27 September, 2020 Posted 27 September, 2020 The bonus terms were last updated on April 29th 2020. So i think its pretty visible, that the terms arent changed since then
NickG Posted 27 September, 2020 Posted 27 September, 2020 It's normal on every casino for average joe. Yes people should read the small print but in real life nobody reads the small print. The problem here is that certain streamers have deals with casino's that allows them to play buying bonusses without breaching the terms. People might see this as that it is allowed. Again a false reality.
dirtystack Posted 27 September, 2020 Posted 27 September, 2020 Its like this at every casino. Don't bonus buy with bonus money. A bonus round, no matter how many spins the bonus round consists of, is still 1 bet and 1 spin. You buy a bonus for £50 then you are doing 1 bet at £50, 1 spin at £50; it is over the £5 bet per spin condition that every site I've ever played at has in the T&C. If you look at your gaming history it would just show: Bet £50 It doesn't show: Bet £50 (100x£0.50) Sucks, expensive lesson. Feel for you but the casino is just doing what every casino would do.
