tonywoodcock Posted 25 September, 2020 Posted 25 September, 2020 Sugar Casino sent me this message by SMS and email: Sugar Casino invites you to join a three day long sweet rain ride through landscapes filled with bonuses, free spins and prizes.Get started with a 100% Bonus on one deposit, up to 200€. Your special bonus is available to claim with one deposit on Friday 25:th - Saturday 26:th. We will match wathever you deposit with a 100%! (maximum bonus 200€) the last sentence states clearly that they would match WHATEVER i deposit. In the whole message there is not a single word about a minimum or anything. After i deposited 15€, my balance is 15€ but there was no bonus. I asked the chat support (which let me wait for over 5 minutes) about the the match bonus. They tell me there was a minimum of 20€. I pointed to the last sentence which states they will match WHATEVER I DEPOSIT and that there was no mention of any minimum in the messages. The person in the chat just shrugs it off and says the minimum is written somewhere in their T&C. My question how i get my money back now from them now is just left unanswered. For me this is trickery and i wonder if this kind of misleading offers is in conformity with the MGA rules.
dirtystack Posted 26 September, 2020 Posted 26 September, 2020 These kinds of omissions happen now and then with new promotions. It doesn't look like they have intentionally mislead you, just a little oversight on their part. They should have matched your 15 deposit as a gesture of goodwill and then added to the promotional page that there is a minimum qualifying deposit of 20 so noone has the same negative experience. If they had promptly done this for you it would have caused you to feel something positive and it would have, long term, helped the company to recruit a new customer - might have caused you to recommend them to a friend or two, who knows where a little good will can travel too. Instead they have left you with a negative experience and likely cost you as a customer, added to any negative feelings towards this company that someone reading the forums may already have and have ensured that the only thing you can say to your friends about this company is "they suck."
Geordiemag1 Posted 26 September, 2020 Posted 26 September, 2020 Grammar is clearly not important to them.
