Hi Guys, 

Has anyone set up an account for this website? I recently have and have asked them to validate my KYC docs however I am not receiving a response. I am now wondering whether it is legit. 
 

If it is fake would anyone know my next move?

As far as i can see it is owned by RAGNAR COMMERCIAL INC. and that company is registered in Panama, so it is running under panama casino license.

These guys have the slowest response times in the world, they boast a live chat platform but are always offline. You then send them an email and wait a day for a reply. 
 

I gave them a bank document of an account which I didn’t request to withdraw into, they then asked me for a PDF statement of the account I wished to withdraw into. I provided them with this, they then asked me cancel my withdrawal and put in details of the original bank statement I gave to them! 
 

I have given them everything they have requested from me and now they have just cancelled my withdrawal and funds are back in my account without an explanation! I am so frustrated with this site... absolutely disgusting 🤬

Hi, they released my withdrawal and sent me the following 

should be 3-4 days once released 

first time sometimes longer as bank checks at your end as gaming 

seems pretty legit to me, let me know if you hear anything

I have just over 2 thousand to cash out, the 500 limit is annoying but if I get paid I don't mind. They have replied to me this morning. Same thing you had with bank statements, I had given them one I didn't ask to withdraw to as I thought it was just proof of address. I have gave them the correct one now so fingers crossed.

They replied saying they now how everything they need and the withdrawal will go ahead as normal. I am beginning to think that normal is there is no withdrawal as mine is still stuck in pending.

My first withdrawal did disappear eventually, but I am still waiting for the second one to be approved. They say 48 hours but it’s been just over 2 days now.

They asked for my bank statement before the first withdrawal - before releasing it a day later. They then asked it from me again today (I assume so they can release the second) they forwarded it onto payments team so im hoping it will be released tomorrow. 

In terms of receiving my first withdrawal they released it on Tuesday and they reckon 3-5 days it will be with me, as my bank will have to do checks. May give my bank a call tomorrow to see if they’ve received anything and I will keep you updated. 

As soon as I receive that first payment I won’t be worried. Surely it’s legit can’t see anywhere on the internet which says otherwise and it’s been around for a few months now  ??

 Im in the same boat. Withdrew over a week and nothing has Been paid I withdrew £500. I complained and now they have blocked my account and will not reply as anyone got payment from these and how long did it take?

I wouldnt get your hopes up. I withdrew over a week aho and they haven't paid. Now they have blocked my account. I have done some back ground on these and theyre are not licenced at all and based out of panama. There office is the same place the infamous panama paper leak was. These guys are rogues. I have been in touch with UK gaming commission to get them to stop UK players falling for this trap.

When you say you withdrew, a week ago. Was it sat there as a pending withdrawal or did they say it got released a week ago? 

I was in touch with someone called Barry in VIP who seems helpful enough but still no sight of funds in my account.  

I rang my bank who informed me best to wait till Tuesday to see if I receive anything, will keep updated.

Hi mate. No i withdrew on the weekend where it was pending then Monday 21st it went through and stop showing up as pending. They have now blocked me from everything. Nornally they show up within a few days but this has been a week now. They say they're licenced out of Curaçao however I have been in contact with every licence organisation there and they have never heard of them. junta de Control de juagos there the guys we need to speak to regarding this but they don't speak English. 

I have just checked my bank and its been cleared now mate. So it must take a week. I hit £493 instead of £500. If you don't get yours let me know and I will have an email you can send them

Oh thank god!I I have 6k to withdraw! Cheers for the update mate. Glad you got your money, I suspected it would be a bit less, as when I deposited it shafted me with the interest rate & foreign bank charges! 
 

Will still keep everyone updated, they take about 3 days to release funds so getting this 6k out £500 at a time will be fun 🙄

Yeah keep us updated. I was the same I won 3k withdrew £500 then spunked the rest. I literally just checked and its gone in. So must take about a week.

Requested to withdraw £500 Friday at 16:20pm and still sat there as a pending withdrawal. It’s my third withdrawal so I really don’t understand what the hold up is! 
 

Emailed at 10:58am today, have got no reply. 1k released (none of which has reached my bank account) £500 as a pending withdrawal and still 4.5k in my balance. 
 

At this rate I will be eigible for my pension before I withdraw all funds. (I’m only 29)

How did you get on with them mate, have you received your withdrawal? 
 

ive been waiting a week today since they released. Still no luck unfortunately
