They have a live chat but only if you want to deposit funds.. says it all really 😂 they say they have a 2 day turnaround time for withdrawals to be processed, that’s not including weekends because there payments team are only Mon-Fri. Even then they don’t meet their 2 day turnaround time it’s more 3 days. Then when they finally do release the funds their end it takes a week or so to reach your bank account. I feel sorry for any f*cker who wins a huge amount on that website because their anxiety levels will be tested big time!

Yes receiving funds mate, they are a new casino so I suppose still trying to get there feet on the ground, would still avoid as if you ever win big it will just take too long to receive your money

Nice one mate, I’ve been waiting since last Tuesday still! Atleast everyone seems to be getting their money. I’ve had 1k released and my third withdrawal has been sat there pending since last Friday which is nearly 5 day! Endless amount of chasing led to nothing. glad you got your money, enjoy it

Requested to withdraw £500 Friday at 16:20pm and still sat there as a pending withdrawal. It’s my third withdrawal so I really don’t understand what the hold up is! Emailed at 10:58am today, have got no reply. 1k released (none of which has reached my bank account) £500 as a pending withdrawal and still 4.5k in my balance. At this rate I will be eigible for my pension before I withdraw all funds. (I’m only 29)

Glad you got your money, I suspected it would be a bit less, as when I deposited it shafted me with the interest rate & foreign bank charges! Will still keep everyone updated, they take about 3 days to release funds so getting this 6k out £500 at a time will be fun 🙄

When you say you withdrew, a week ago. Was it sat there as a pending withdrawal or did they say it got released a week ago? I was in touch with someone called Barry in VIP who seems helpful enough but still no sight of funds in my account. I rang my bank who informed me best to wait till Tuesday to see if I receive anything, will keep updated.

My first withdrawal did disappear eventually, but I am still waiting for the second one to be approved. They say 48 hours but it’s been just over 2 days now. They asked for my bank statement before the first withdrawal - before releasing it a day later. They then asked it from me again today (I assume so they can release the second) they forwarded it onto payments team so im hoping it will be released tomorrow. In terms of receiving my first withdrawal they released it on Tuesday and they reckon 3-5 days it will be with me, as my bank will have to do checks. May give my bank a call tomorrow to see if they’ve received anything and I will keep you updated. As soon as I receive that first payment I won’t be worried. Surely it’s legit can’t see anywhere on the internet which says otherwise and it’s been around for a few months now ??

Hi, they released my withdrawal and sent me the following should be 3-4 days once released first time sometimes longer as bank checks at your end as gaming seems pretty legit to me, let me know if you hear anything

These guys have the slowest response times in the world, they boast a live chat platform but are always offline. You then send them an email and wait a day for a reply. I gave them a bank document of an account which I didn’t request to withdraw into, they then asked me for a PDF statement of the account I wished to withdraw into. I provided them with this, they then asked me cancel my withdrawal and put in details of the original bank statement I gave to them! I have given them everything they have requested from me and now they have just cancelled my withdrawal and funds are back in my account without an explanation! I am so frustrated with this site... absolutely disgusting 🤬
