Roobet - Secondary RTP/fake money streamers/bad actors/slow payouts

Hi everyone,

I am a somewhat long time follower of slot streamers and someone who plays quite often. My issue with Roobet is the amount of lies I've been told through their support. As a "VIP" on their site, I am able to have direct access to their "VIP chat support", so I've asked all of the standard questions about RTP, etc. They utilize a lower RTP on their pragmatic slots and it's my fault for not checking them with the actual slot sooner and taking the word of support. In their words, "we have a 96% RTP average on our slots". This can't possibly be true when the RTP on their pragmatic games averages 93-94% and they refuse to list the RTP for their play'n go slots. So, that in itself is a huge lie.

My second issue, is the way they advertise their site with streamers. (Xposed, TCK, and Foss just to name a few of the fake money guys) These guys are given "Howie Deals". I know many of them pretty well through twitch interaction and I would guess over half of them are playing from the US (restricted country). Basically they play with house money to stream or make YouTube videos. I have no issues with streamers being able to use bonuses that most of us aren't able to get, but when they have absolutely ZERO skin in the game it really is unfair. It attracts players and gives a false image of what gambling really is. They see huge bets and massive wins, which may as well be played with demo money. For the streamers efforts, they are allowed to keep a small percentage of any wins.

My last issue is this, I'm a US based player (I know I shouldn't be playing on a VPN so lets not get into that). I have told them I was in the US and using a VPN, and they aren't worried about it. I even asked that they close my account permanently bc the time I spent on site was too time consuming, which they did. Then I asked them to re-open my account when I got the itch again, and to my surprise, they did. The only reason I point this out is to show that they do not care whatsoever where the deposits come from, and do not care about the player at all. Which leads to a bigger point, if they can not or are unwilling to monitor their own guidelines set out by the license in which they are under, then they are likely to not be able to be trusted with your money. I know two players I have spoken with who were unable to withdrawal large sums of money even though they claim no maximum and instant crypto withdrawals. They were given the option to have very limited cashouts over a long period of time.

Take that information for what it's worth to you. I know I have made several mistakes and I hope that's not what you gain out of this post. The point of this post is to inform anyone who may consider playing with crypto to do a bit more research and go with a more secure, respected site to play. I typed it up rather quick so I'm sure I have many errors in this post, sorry about that.

Great post atleast you've learned a lesson and to check out casinos properly. I've tried to access it to read the terms but its blocked for my country.

Great post. I don't know if you knew this already, but you check the rtp on play n go slots in chrome, by using the inspect tool. I have myself caught a casino claiming they had the 96% rtp version of book of Dead, but when i checked it my self it was the 84% version.

The amount of fake streamers videos I get recommended in YT is insane.

Those fake streamer are irritating. Regular slot streamers stream to specific audience but those c*nts play on scammy sites for kids reeling them in with CS GO skins to fake money bonus buys to make them degenerate gamblers from the young age.

Unfortunately they are all to small streamers to get any major youtuber to do an expose on them

Great post. The streamers/youtbers I have watched on Roobet or other crypto currency sites they often show when they withdrawing to show that it is legit money. And some say to their audience for example “I have 10k$ which 1,5k$ I deposited myself and the other is sponsored, but I can only keep 15% of total wining”. I know where you getting and I agree with you, but I think some youtubers/streamers maybe are trustful, but maybe not the site is. I don’t know so much about this topic just wanted to share my thoughts.

Thank you for the information, but someone as technically challenged as I am, would you be able to possibly check the play n go slots, even just 1, for me on Roobet?

For sure when i come home, i will also make a video on how to do it. It is very easy to check. But first a corona test 😱

I managed to figure it out myself. Play n Go is at 94%, which I know doesn't seem as horrid as the casino you played on, but over the long-term it is painful compared to 96%. I was under the assumption it would be at 96% based on their personal representation of the slot RTP's. I am fairly upset as I have wagered 1.5 million on their site and surely it cost me money over that amount of spins. Lesson learned.

If they are representing a site that is not transparent and trustful, then they themselves are not trustful. I guess the transparency of playing with house money takes off the sting a bit for the viewer, but it doesn't mean that what they are doing is okay. It just means they are honest about their bad behavior. Just my opinion

It is actually really easy to check it. I can also go to Roobet and check it.

I found it, it is 94% which I guess isn't the absolute worst, but it's problematic when I was told they have the highest RTP and it's 96%.

Yeah, but as you said 1.5 million wagering then that 2% makes a difference and that they say they have the best but it’s 94%. I understand you. Also Roobet get that attention that it is good and a lot of youtuber/streamers play there so they get much recognition and hype. This makes it bad in the long time and worse that they say they have higher % than they have.

@Hehe333mp2 hello mate. Great review about roobet. So about your first complaint about streamers just to inform you. There are no streamers who play with "no cash out" money given by the casino and be able to keep a small percentage. The reason behind it is simple. The streamer is 99% an affiliate. That means every banner clicked every sign up means money to them. The reason many fake streamers as they are called, is because they get good deals by the affiliate partners. I do agree that placing huge bets means wrong advertisement of gambling.

About roobet as you said, you were allowed to play through vpn. It's okay since Us is kind of closed to the open market throughout EU.

By the time you informed them to close your account permanently that means in case of reopening the casino breaches the terms. So in case you deposit and play the casino is obliged to refund you. Also the casino as far as I know is Curacao licenced so they don't do the boring check up of SOW(source of wealth)..

Also promoting a 96% RtP and having a 94 is quite shitty. 😂

As I made them aware of the post I made on this forum they decided to ban my account and not pay out the rewards I had built up. I guess all is well that ends well, because asking for a permanent ban on your account doesn’t work, but making a post on an online casino forum will.

Lesson learned.

Previously have registered on roobet as tracksino promoted it for limited time and promo was get 10$ bonus for free to try their services. After registration it showed 0.001 in bitcoin balance but it was not bitcoin, reality it was 0.001usd balance. After contacting support and live chat several times and giving all info that they promoting site to get 10usd for new customers on trackinsino no help was received and 0.001usd bonus to them was normal. So after such action I decided never to deposit and not to trust this cheap looking website.

Yeah, I would never play on any site that targets kids.

Every online casino operator can tweak their RTP as the wish. Having said this, they have to be clear with the players. If a slot has been tweaked at 85%, they are in the obligation to write it on the specific slot description.

Maybe I am so dumb . I always read about these crypto casinos allowing players to use the VPN. But how do you get your account verified from a restricted country like US ? Do they also encourage players to give fake address proofs ?

From my experience, there is no verification process whatsoever. I have played on Roobet a handful of times (with a VPN from the US) and I have cashed out a few times as well. In my experience, cashing out small amounts (never more than $150US at a time), the crypto transaction is initiated instantly, and nobody has ever requested any verification material from me. With that said, I am quite sure that if I were to have a big win and tried to cash it out, there's no doubt Roobet would suddenly feel the need to verify my identity :) I recommend people stay away from Roobet as they are quite dishonest.

Hi Hehe and everyone else,

Have to say, my experience of Roobet is almost exactly the same as this.  Lower than standard RTP, abysmal customer service and complete disregard for any kind of compliance within the rules stipulated in their gambling licence.

VPNs are commonplace here, and having used the site for many a month now, I'm yet to hear of action being taken against anyone.  Streamers change VPNs whilst live and Roobet employees are present without recourse.

Probably the most outrageous part of my experience was the ongoing blatant disregard for underage gambling.  I reported someone who I know to be underage and struggling with gambling addiction by their own admission to Roobet customer support many times, including compelling evidence.  Nothing has been done up until now and the individual continues to gamble underage on a daily basis.  It was apparently referred to the mythical 'KYC Team' who I presume don't actually exist.  For a site turning over tens of thousands a day, I really don't think this complicity in underage gambling is acceptable.

The 'VIP Program' is not worth talking about.  There are no steadfast entry requirements and numerous players have reached $1M wager with losses in excess of $25k in only a few months and have not been invited to the club.  The mysticism surrounding the entry requirements is baffling and I know this to be a huge issue for anyone who's gambling any kind of meaningful sum.  Upon requesting further info on the requirements, players from $15 wagered to $2M wagered will be told that 'VIP is just around the corner' and 'If you continue play at your current level you will be invited very very soon!'.  All nonsense and lies.

Overall, most of what Roobet has to offer is offered elsewhere in a vastly improved form.  I would encourage people to avoid patronising this place - there are much much better options out there.

Cheers,

EtherialTrombonist

This Foss guy cropped up as a YT recommended. As if saying 'Bro' & 'Boyz' all the time isn't annoying enough (particularly for a Brit) he also gambles like someone without any skin in the game as someone else mentioned. Compared to genuine slotters who's been around years I can't see how this guy has more subscribers when he's only been round a few months and gambles like a retard.

Hello, I would like too add that yes, there are a lot of streamers who are fake, but Xposed is not fake. Xposed gets "howie deals" but he also plays Raw a lot. Xposed has given away an insane amount of money too his viewers (Way beyond $100,000) including myself which I have won $50, not a lot of money but it was still free money. He also tells his views not to sign up or gamble if they have an addiction or can not afford to lose it, which a lot of streamers say but Cody is a very genuine guy and my favorite streamer. On Roobet I have wagered over $300,000 and I have had cash outs of over $5,000 before and half of those I started with less than $150. Roobet is a 100% legit site and I will continue to play on it. To the people complaining about RTP on slots, all I have to say is that its gambling. You should know that the house wins 99% of the time and if you want to complain you should not be gambling.

@Daskelelele play on one of these crypto casinos that requires zero kyc and vpn can be used to illegally bypass country restrictions.

A clip of Philip playing there appeared on the latest casinogrounds video.

Cant believe @Nick and @LetsGiveItASpin actually are ok with that since as long as I have watched them they have both been dead against this type of casino.

It's only a matter of time before the other casinos start to accept crypto, well I don't think nick or Kim would say anything as they have both invested in crypto, as long as it's real money it dosnt matter which casino 🙂
