You can't bonus buy in the UK at any casino that is licensed the UKGC, if you are play on a casino that has no UKGC licence  then you are playing on a casino that is operating illegally in the UK - a casino that operates illegaly in the UK is not going to be very trustful - don't invest money in something that is operating illegally.

You are also looking at bonus buys wrong - bonus buys do not give anyone an advantage over the slot, you are likely to lose either way, you can lose a lot faster on slots with bonus buys even if the bonus buy feature is quoted as having a higher RTP then the base game.

You can buy the bonus feature on drago on conquestador, but I'm asking what European casinos let you who accept uk players.

The European casinos can only accept UK players if they have a UKGC license. If the European casino has a UKGC licence then the players from the UK will have bonus buys disabled.  

Sometimes, as is probably the case with Drago on Conquestador, a casino forgets to disable the bonus buy or, after an update to the operators platform, switches will get flipped.. There was a Nolimit game at XXXXX where the bonus buy was enabled for me, a UK player, I told XXXXX that it looks like they forgot to disable the bonus buy to the UK market, they contacted the relevant team and said "yes, it looks like it" "thankyou" and then they disabled the bonusbuy for the UK region.

The only European casinos that will accept you, a UK player, when they do not have a UKGC licence are very likely to be scams.
