I turned 10 Euro into 120 Euro and wanted to make sure I cash out 110Euro so I set a loss limit of 10 Euro, which got accepted. However when I logged in some hours later I started playing and lost all my money. The loss limit had disappeared, same happened with a deposit limit. I did not change any limits but they were gone anyway. When i talked to live support, they said they could still see my limits active which was not true. I set these limits for a reason, yet they magically disappeared. Does anyone know what I can do now? They are not answering on live chat and are generally very unresponsive. Link to comment

breakerrrr Posted 9 March, 2020 Author Share Posted 9 March, 2020 no it normally shows when you set it, like the deposit limit. It showed 10 euro yesterday and today no deposit limits. Even when you want to change them yourself it states that you have to wait 7days! Link to comment
