Playzee doesnt seem trustworthy. (Dont deposit)

TLDR: Won 40.000k and playzee will CHECK IF they can let me get the money. And banned me 4 years.

Hey everyone.

So yesterday I decided to try a new casino. I looked on here, cause I trust casinogrounds to partner with good casinos.

I deposit on playzee, and lose the first deposit and the bonus.

I deposit a second time with raw cash, and hit a 40.000 euro win on Dead or alive 2

I try to cash out, but they tell me I cant make a big withdrawl. I first have to make one 2500€ one. And when that hits my bank I can ask for the rest.

I try to follow the rules and do that, but i also have to send proof of identety. So it takes them 48h to check the proof and then 48 to send the first withdrawl.

So i gamble a bit. And ask the live chat to temp ban me for 4 days. (so I dont lose more than I want) She says she can do that.

1 day later, today I check to see if im still timed out. Cause last night i got an error message trying to sign in.

And it still is there today.

Live chat tells me, im banned till 21.12.2024 (4 years not days)

Since I closed my account with one of theire affiliats.

And they will "see/check" if they can send me the money that i won.

And they CANT confirm, that its possible.

This just feels like a big scam.

I was ready to be waiting on the money for weeks, since casinos try shady ways of making you wait so you lose parts of the money.

But this just feels like they made an error, and they want to get away with my money.

Error because its exactly 4 years and i requested 4 days.

If I permanantly closed my account with the affiliat casino, why is it 4 years on playzee.

 

I would be really happy, if anyone here could help me.

I have video proof of me winning the 40.000.

They happiest weekend just turned into a nightmare!

They are part of the white Hat gaming casinos. They have always paid me out. I’ve played at there casinos for years. However they are a strange and weird company. Typically they ban people for winning and remove deposit bonuses. I think you’ll be ok here and you will be paid out. You probably find that you’ll only be aloud to withdraw 5k per week for the next few months. Go ahead and open a case with “ask gambler” if they try sitting on the Money too long. I sadly did not request a transcript of the first chat.

I was so carefull with everything, but forgot that 1 thing. In the first chat I even asked them, how a timeout will effect my ability to log in. Since they said I wont be able to log in, I was like, ok just 4 days then, so I can make the larger withdrawl then. Since adding up the two 48h periods they need, ill end up at 4 days.

 

Also thanks for letting me know they are connected through the White Hat gaming casinos.

I chose to be banned on 21casino a longer time ago. I was still able to play and lose my money on casimba, before i closed my account there after a few weeks.
Now a month or two later, i was able to play and lose on Playzee, but then they instantly ban me ?
Doesnt seem right to me.

 

Ill wait for theire response on monday. Skylined is also kind enough to help and ask.
If they keep causing trouble, ill upload a youtube video where I show proof and explain the situation.
Since it just feels, they made an error, and now they try to get out of paying me my winnings.
I´d contact the licence givers, german online casino lawyers, and also netent.

They made such a fantastic game with dead or alive 2.
It really is so much fun playing it. But the whole fun of the game disapears, if casinos just want you to lose on it.
And if you win big, they will just keep the money.

Sorry for you ! Next time try to set a loss limit in the settings instead of self excluding you. It's really effective !

That's the one thing that bugs me about the self exclusion protocol. When you self exclude from a site it should automatically kick in over all sister sites or should only be considered for the site in question that you excluded from. 

The whole process of allowing someone to sign to a sister sight, make deposits after deposits without checks and then flag the self exclusion only on withdrawal is greedy, shady, selfish and dirty. In this case they should honor the withdrawal, it has been their fault and their misunderstanding. It should be defined that any balance in a persons casino account which is not inclusive of bonus money and free of wagering is the account owners legal asset and should be treated as such.

I asked for a loss limit. But the win doesnt count as money you lose.
So if you deposit 500 and win 1000 so now you have 1500. You set your loss limit to 400.-> it will let you lose they money till there is just 100€ left.
Since you deposited 500-400= 100. The win balance doesnt matter to them.

Im used to these shady ways, of trying to make you lose the winnings.
But if they deny me the money, thats in my account, it would be more than throwing stones in my way before a cashout.
It honestly feels like they are stealing then.

So true. If they banned me after I lost 800. They would have never given me back the money...
And honestly I dont check which casino is affiliated with another.
If they let my sign up, and deposit, and play.... They need to let me cash out.

I think if you self exclude yourself from alot of casinos and then just go on to another to play just means you are a problem gambler. You self exclude yourself for a reason, to stop play.
