Hey there, so today i did depo 700 on sugar casino. And won on crazytime to have a balance of 3300€. When i wanted to withdraw i saw that my entire balance was bonus balance. The vip support was very bad and it took them 2 hours to tell me it was from a bonus that i had a day before. That didnt clear eventho i had 0 balance. Now they want me to wager 720€ . I cant see the amount i have wagered since it is already full, and the support cant tell me the %. Also they say after all of that they cant promise me a cashout since i played a forbidden game with bonus balance. Anyone of you guys have had this issue? And how did it end for you guys?? I feel stupid i lost 200€ wagering a bonus i didnt actually have so i stopped and im trying to find a way for them to accept a bugged bonus. Or am I in the wrong here?

Hey there, I can only tell you to stay away from that casino. After depositing around 1500€ the last months, they demanded that I verify to now be able to withdraw 100€. Which is normal. But the way they handle it over there is just awful. it’s been a week now, and they keep declining my proof of address. insurance, paycheck, invoices for phone and internet isn’t accepted. Eventho the livechat told me it was. which is another thing. The livechat has worked twice in the span of 7 days. they are clearly trying everything in their power to not pay me out. what a horrible casino!
