I played for a while and the last method I used was my Creditcard. Tho, I requested a withdrawal via Trustly. The withdrawal got declined with explenation in mail that you should withdrawal to the same method. But the funny part was, instead of 1.000 EUR, I received 2.000 EUR back :). Ofcourse, I could use the money and stuf, it is not my money so I went to livechat and told them about it. After a while they understand it and got their 1.000 EUR back. However, due to their fast payouts I might think that they would never know that they would missed that 1.000 EUR. However it was not my money so I would do the same thing next time. But, do you think some kind of bonus would have been in place :P? I asked livechat and got 25 spins for 20 cents on Jungle Spirit. I know I am dutch (so greedy hehe) but I would have been awesome if the casino would have offered me without asking by me. However in the end, I still like the casino due to the high livechat service and fast payouts. Link to comment

As to the reward for being honest, it is a little stingy in my opinion and I would mention it to your VIP manager if you have one of course. Link to comment
