I have/had 10,000 NOK on www.betfinal.com (a casino I've played and withdrawed from before) and I have 80,000 nok wagering left. Now the casino has shut down apparantly, and after I sent them several emails they sent me a mail that since I have no real money, there is nothing they can do. I deposited 2000 nok, and got the wagering from 120 000 to 80 000 with 10 000 in the balance and finally was going for a long needed cashout. But now this email? What is this? I am shocked and so sad. What worse is, they send ME mail before I deposited and said "we have given you your welcomebonuses all over again, please play and enjoy". They said this because the last time I wanted to withdraw, they used several months before accepting the withdraw. So I was foolish and dep again. Now they are not answering me emails. Nicola Posted 2 May, 2019 Share Posted 2 May, 2019 Can't access this site from the UK (its banned), but have you read the T&C to see if they offer a dispute resolution service? A couple of other forums bring up disputes so I expect they are not MGA licensed. Link to comment

I cant access the site either, so I cant even read the terms anymore I guess its buy buy money, but I cant belive they can just do that and get away with it.... Link to comment

Can anyone help? What would you do? You won't get your winnings, however, call your bank and initiate a Chargeback if you have paid with Visa or Mastercard. You were promised a service and the service was not delivered since the casino went bust, so you will get your deposits back. Unfortunately, forget about the winnings. Link to comment
