UNIBET PROBLEM

I have never had an account on Casinogrounds, but I have been here for over 1 Year and i play slots regulary, only on Unibet and that's the only site Ive used since i liked them, until today.
My daily loss limit on Casino & Games is 2000 SEK, which i guess is fine, but the last two days, the loss limit have not been updated. I thought this was just a problem for one day, so i didnt mind but the loss limit did not update at all.

I usually play in the mornings, and this got me fucking frustrated so I reached out to them. I spoke to a guy named Raphael and he said he couldnt do anything about it, just forwarded it to the relevant department. I told him I'm quite mad that this happend for 2 days and I demanded some compensation because its their software thats the problem, not me. He said that they dont compensate customers for such issues.

Let me just say, that this have nothing to do with money, I have a total loss on Unibet in 1½ year of over 300'000SEK and i have NEVER asked for a compensation, but now i realised that they do absolutely nothing for their customers which make me just feel like switching to another site, I dont want to but their customer service is really fucking shit.

Anyone experience the same thing, suggestions what I should do? 
I felt like posting this here since I guess someone is partner with Unibet and would answer this.

I cannot resist their tournaments and did so much money on min bets there this week that I came up with all kinds of conspiracy theories.

I've won a couple of tournaments on their site. Like winning a cruise or a biggest win tournament.

To get back to the topic starter; I've had some issues with the mailing, sometimes I didn't get a notice for bonus mails. I had to put it off and then back on to make it work again. Sounds a bit like  this works the same. Turn off your max limit then set the max limit on again and it should work. It's a bit frustrating, I know.

You should ask for an account manager or look up in your e-mails if you have ever had contact with an account manager (sometimes they give free stuff every now and then like; drone, tablet or other stuff). Those mails are personal and have a name from the account manager. You should contact him/her.

well i had a lot of problems with them last days ... it may be going something bad. withdrawals frozen for 3 days , lack of blackjack bugged hand fix after 50 hours...  trustly working horrible for me , giving me so little limits... not too helpfull support
