Big congratz on the win Slotspinner I don't know about the second point, but if you didnt record it, they would say like always YOUR INTERNET SUCKS. This example shows that their software/server suck not your connection. But i have to point out that it could go both ways so they reject your bet when you would've lost the round. Link to comment

Retrikkeri Posted 17 March, 2019 Share Posted 17 March, 2019 m3evil: It is easier to prove if you record it, but they can't expect everyone (non-streamers) to record everything they do in a casino, every single slot-spin, every single black jack hand and all other games. Luckily I have never been in that situation myself, but I do not play very often either. There must be something in their system that they can see, there must be some tracks they can find themselves in the system. Not a big surprise that Slotspinner got his money, obviously the casino knows about him streaming and would tell everyone on stream that he did not get the money (if that was the case). Slotspinner Posted 17 March, 2019 Author Share Posted 17 March, 2019 I agree that the core-issue is that if you dont record it there is barely any basis on how to proof that you bet.. i believe a viewer on YT stated that the got his money without recording, but i dont expect that to always work. Big congratz on the win Slotspinner I had a similar problem like slotspinner, I raised a ticket with there support and they credited my account within 2 days.
