They sent me a reference number, that my bank (DNB) have tracked. No money was ever sent. Had a case on askgambers, where there's more information: https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/casino-claims-withdrawal-have-been-made-bank-denies-any-transaction - They even stopped responding to it when I forwarded the e-mail. Got an e-mail from Mobilebet right before they stopped responding, saying that the withdrawal was processed and they will not "put more effort in it". 300 euro is not much money, but I will not let a Casino treat their customers this way. I've now contacted MGA and sent in a formal complaint. Got an e-mail from MGA now saying that they have contacted my bank. They got the same answer (that no money was sent from Mobilebet) and have now started an investigation on the Casino. Will update as soon as I get more info from MGA. Would recommend every fellow gamblers to stay away from this Casino. If they don't even pay out your winnings, what are they good for? Almost two months since the withdrawal was processed. PS! I've used Mobilebet and Comeon (same company) for several years and have never encountered something like this. We're all humans and everybody does mistakes sometime, but their attitude was the most surprising. Men det er din bank det her står på her. Translated: Quote "It's sorry to hear that the bank cant find the transaction they have received and if you think it would help to contact MGA, you are free to do that. But the fault is at your bank". This was after they got all the documentation from the bank, showing no money transfer had never been done. So in this case I'm glad MGA is so easy to contact. As soon as they saw the documentation from my bank, they started an investigation the same day. My accounts at Comeon and Mobilebet will be closed as soon as I get the transfer. Link to comment
