Paid 200+200 bonus. Abit up and down and then Jammin Jars 600x at 6 € stake.You already know whats coming I continued to wager and had it done with around 4k. Ok that fulfilled I pushed a bit and won 13k on 50€ stake in Pimped Went a bit crazy and had 8k left.Send all my docs. CASHOUT. Next morning withdrawl canceled money gone.No notification, no message.Support says money is going to come back in two days I was suspicious and contacted ADMIN skylined.He was nice and said he would make contact. VIP manager called and asked what happened,gave her number and said I could call any time. She wanted to get back with info.I gave her neteller info (almost diamond member) and showed examples of monthly turnover in other casinos. She didnot call afterwards. Today asked support again.They say I playedhigher stake than 5 € thats why they took the winnings. As a sign of good will they gave 200€ bonus. Totally chaotic! See I am not saying that they do not have a case here still it is poor communication and treatment. In September I won over 80k with Reactoonz on Bwin.They sent me 1000€ bonus no deposit before. They didnot even blink sending 50k to neteller next day. Now I cancelled LeoVegas account. My usually used Casino and betting platforms are RIZK , B-Win and energy casino. Won Big in all those and never had any problems. Even with bonus wagering. Energy has a technical restriction but they lift it for VIPs. These kinds of rules are only excuses to not pay out winnings. If they really want this as restriction it is technically no problem. They can now play Holy Diver themself. I anyway think it sucks;-) Link to comment

If you break rules and bet more than 5€/spin on bonus, you should have seen it coming. And since you play on few different casinos you should have known that the most casinos have max bet 5€ on bonus. Link to comment

Nothing strange about that. ITs so you cant turnover to fast or bet a few 50euro spins for a gamble. I get why you are so upset but you cant seriously think they did anything wrong by withholding the money. Max 5euro spins is max 5 euro. Not 5.5 or 6... I would have stood behind you it if it was one spin you by mistake bet over the limit but if you continuously did that and especially if you won I get why they would withhold the money. They should have emailed you about this right away ofc but thats a customersupport problem, not anything else. Im sry for you losing your money. They are no longer the casino they used to be, sinking faster than titanic. What happened to me on this site was i made a £2500 deposit, won £14.5K on a £20 Fairytale legends red riding hood stake then withdrawed, the next morning my account was locked and they wanted source of income, i provided payslips and savings screenshot and somehow they still managed to bull*** and say am playing over my means (with a monthly income of £4k and a savings of just over £9k......) i replied and said am happy with my level of play and am in control, by no means am i playing over my means! Dident get back to me till 4 days later to say my winnigs have been forfiet and they have returned my original deposit to my card, they then capped my account with a £500 monthly deposit limit which makes it extremely hard to WIN BIG since you need a big balance to do high stakes! Since that day, i have never returned to this shady casino, the tactics they deploy are sickening. Lots of other good casinos that actually payout and are fair such as Videoslots. I Don't see a legal reason for this, i would do a PAB on casinomeister and fight for the money. If you had lost your money and then ask for refund becouse of playing too high. Such a joke.I can only imagine how pissed you were.My biggest win day came on bwin.Paid in 1,5 k and won 17k on book of dead.Paid out 10k then went on winning 53k with 100€ stake buffalo blitz and 15 minutes later 79k on 100€ Reactoonz. Two days later 50k on neteller and VIP support informed me that 50k is limit withdrawl for a month.From the 80 k+ left I lost 40k and took a break. No limits for bonuses and Vip manager comes around with bonuses regularly.He even invited me for Championsleague game in December with hotel and flight.
