pausefisk Posted 11 November, 2018 Share Posted 11 November, 2018 LeoVegas has a cashdrop campain running this weekend (you can read more about it on their website), and i thought i'd try my luck in there. The cashdrops is 1 hour at the time during the day, but when i played today, no prizes were dropped. I contacted support and they said the problem had to be on my side and i was told to clear cashe and cookies. I cleared everything, and also using private browsing, tried another browser, but still the same next race aswell. Besides, i dont see why/how this can be controlled in a cookie. It doesnt make sense to me. Can anyone explain why a cookie can make this wrong? Anyone had the same issue? The race starts with 20.000kr, and as you can see on both races, none of the prizes has been dropped at the end of the race. Or is Leovegas trolling me?? ? Link to comment

She obv didn`t know what cashdrop was. After explaining I was just told that there was a problem with the campaign and that was it. What a way to treat a loyal customer!!☹️ Link to comment

It seems to fix problems with bonus money, stuck games, missing free spins with deposit and much more. I am a very calm person but i get a bit angry when they ask to me clear cookies and cache because it does never solve any of my problems and also as a semi it expert then i cannot see how it should help.
