  1. If you're experiencing the issue of being logged out mid-session, it will likely be an issue with the Evo server communicating with the server on the website that you're playing at. Or, the casino you're playing at auto-logging you out after a set period of time due to their settings.

What can also cause issues is being logged in on multiple different devices and browsers at the same time.
You should always try to log out of all of your active sessions and only play on one device at a time, making sure you log out each time you're done.

Of course, you've already been told to delete your cache and cookies which you should be doing across all of the devices and browsers too.

If you've tried all of this and nothing will work for you, it will very likely be a technical issue at the casino you're playing at which you will need to contact Live Support about and raise a ticket with their technical team. You of course will not get any money back, but it may bring the issue to the attention of the casino to be fixed moving forward.

  2. From your post history on the URL you have provided, I can see that you are a U.K. based player choosing to play on unlicensed crypto casinos.

Whilst I feel for your situation, I don't quote know what you're expecting in the first place by choosing to deposit money on a casino you shouldn't be playing at, that isn't reputable, and has a license that means nothing anyway, but certainly isn't valid in the U.K.

If you want to avoid this kind of issue, just don't play at crypto casinos using a VPN.

There are much, much better options available out there for you.

profit more than 106% is a myth. From a total of over 35 $10,000 +++ bonus buys.

35 bonus buys is nowhere close to a large enough sample size to achieve a set of data that would be relevant.

But, I get what you're saying.

these streamers show unrealistic results. Seen Streamer Moe hit max win so many times.  I’ve achieved it twice, BOTH times playing on demo mode. Bought less than 10 fake bonuses when Stake allowed it - to see “potential” and 2/10 was max win.  Hence the disgusting chase that persuade.  I wrote to pragmatic after this and attached emails of both a $9 - $45,000 fake max win, along with a $80-$400,000 false win.  So I truely believe the games are manipulated in favour of streamer / game providers. I’d never spend a dollar again on a pragmatic game since their bonus buys are false RTP potentials with real money

Yes, Pragmatic are a piece of shit provider people should probably avoid at all costs if you're an intelligent gambler and want a fair shot at winning.

There isn't any kind of 'streamer mode' though.

The reason you have the perception of so many max wins is simply the sheer number of spins/bonus buys a fake money streamer will put through the game, daily.

Does this change the fact that it's 100% non withdrawable 'monopoly money' used by streamers on crypto casinos? No. But streamers, real or fake aren't getting different versions of games that are available to ordinary players.

The main point here is to just not play shit providers, and at shit casinos. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

It takes roughly 90 minutes to do 1000 spins. So today I played over 4 hours for 2 bonuses.

The people to be mad at for this aren't the slot developers, it's the UKGC. Same reason why you can't do bonus buys.

What really makes me angry about this slot is it looks good, has good music, the basegame wouldn't be bad if it actually bonused in any decent amount of time and the 3 bonuses are interesting.  But playing for an average of 2 hours to hit the bonus is ridiculous. It's worse than Bonanza and we all know how hard it is to hit that bonus.

So what you're saying is you don't like the volatility of the slot?

Well, you seem clued up enough to understand volatility and variance, and if that isn't your personal preference when it comes to play style, why are you playing one of the most volatile slots? You know it's extremely hard to bonus and that when the bonus does come, it's likely to not be great.

If you want the opportunity to hit those life changing wins, the game has to operate like this.

The worst thing is, I won't stop playing it because of this. I have to get at least one decent win before I can finally ban it for good.

This statement indicates that you perhaps shouldn't be playing slots or gambling in the first instance. I'm not having a go mate, but anyone here will tell you that chasing your losses is one of the number one indicators problem gambling. If you feel after a bad session you can't move on, you should stop.

@tehf00n Totally agree beast mode is a absolute shocking game for uk players stay away from it doesn't bonus its a streamer game and honestly shouldn't be allowed on uk casino platforms

I'm from the U.K and still want access to be able to play this slot.

Just because it might not be to certain peoples play style, or they disagree with the fact we can't bonus buy, doesn't mean no-one should be able to play it.

If you don't like the game, play something else...

Exactly, would actually be interesting to get some input from CG members on this topic. Which slots do you recommend?

I like to mix my sessions up with some super high-volatile games and chuck in some mid-volatility too.

My number one played provider is definitely Push Gaming. I love the game design and the insane win potential. After that, it's probably No Limit City and Relax Gaming. Every now and again I'll throw in some Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Gamomat, Thunderkick and Hacksaw.

In terms of the ones I stay away from, I've got no love for anything Pragmatic or Play n'Go. They don't do it for me at all. Very rarely I'll have a bash on DoA2 or Secret of the Stones Max from NetEnt, but apart from that I tend to avoid them.

  6. This is a massively ambiguous question as the maths coded into each game is drastically different.

But, whatever the RTP of an individual slot is will allow you to work this out easily.
If the RTP of a game is 96%, you would 'expect' to have a return of £96 for every 100 spins at a flat £1 stake. On average.

Obviously, this is not how it works, and to get anywhere close to the actual RTP of a game, you would have to do millions of spins over a sustained period of time. But, those are generally the 'odds'.

  7. The market trend for the past few years has moved totally towards high volatile games with huge win potential.
This is what the majority of players want.

To be able to achieve this, games have to operate this way.

I understand it can be frustrating spinning for hundreds of spins without a bonus', and even then the chances are slim that it will be a good one.

However, if this is not your play style, there are so many providers and games out there that will cater to your specific play style.
If you want to maximise your play time and get loads of bonus', go play Wild North! If you want the chance to win life changing money from a low stake but will likely lose your balance quickly, go play Tombstone RIP! There are many slots in-between both extremes to cater to everyone's play style.

I personally love games like Beast Mode that offer me the ability to win huge from a small stake, but I'm certainly aware of the volatility and I take that into account during my sessions. As intelligent gamblers, we should be making smart decisions about what games we play in order to get what we want from our play time, it's ultimately up to us to decide where we spend our money.

As for the U.K regulations, the only people to be angry at is the UK Gambling Commission. I know, having no bonus' buy and auto-play option is a big bag of dicks that some idiots who have never gambled in their lives have just decided contributes to problem gambling without any evidence. The casinos and slot providers would love to offer these to the U.K market, but, what can you do.. They have to cater to the wider European and worldwide markets.

Look mate, I get your argument here. But how many times have you played reactoonz where it dicks you at the end (you know it's coming) or played wild frames and it dicks you with the second wild card, or play tome of madness and you know it's going to throw the wilds/books in the corners and miss. Pre-determined to the point where it's actually sickening.

With most other providers, it's more subtle even if it's pre-determined.

Makes me want to never play Play n Go again.

No one is disputing that Play n'Go can do much better with their game design and improve on the 'perceived randomness' of their games.

But you're confusing what pre-determined and volatility is. They don't correlate with each other.

We apologize that you still haven't received your withdrawals.

For us to be able to find your transaction and start an investigation, kindly confirm the date of the withdrawals that you are referring to. To help us with our investigation, kindly send us a bank statement in a PDF format (no other format will be accepted) that should show all of your transactions, from the date of the withdrawal approval onwards. The document should show clearly the dates, the amounts of each transaction, your name and the IBAN or bank account number.

This indicates that they have attempted to process the withdrawals on their end.
I strongly suspect something has gone wrong in terms of multiple refunds of the same amount being processed to your card in a short space of time resulting in them not being processed correctly.
If you're able to show them your statement, they should resolve this for you.

Regarding your account, the emails that you have sent us made us think you have lost control over your gambling habits, and you are gambling more than you could afford.

For this reason and for your protection and safety, it has been decided to close your account according to our responsible gaming policy. We have proceeded to also to close the accounts we could find registered with your email address in our sister casinos.

As per our Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you are not to attempt to re-open your account or open new accounts with any other websites operated by our Company. We will not be liable if you manage to open a new account, for such action nor for any direct or indirect consequential damages. We shall have the right to close, at any time, a new account opened in breach of the requirement stated herein.

We wish to direct you to the following websites, where you can get information and advice on how to keep your gaming under control:

Yeah, this is why I suggested trying to keep the contacts to a minimum.

Sending lots of emails and indicating that you need the money quickly triggers a responsible gaming interaction.
Not that you should be too bothered about your account being closed here, as there are clearly much better places to be spending your money.

As suspected, I think things will eventually get sorted out for you here.
It's just going to take some patience and persistence.

Damn do crypto casinos also ask for ID? i thought the whole point of crypto was to remain anonymous.

The majority now ask for KYC at a point.
However, this will usually be after you've hit a certain threshold. Conveniently for the crypto casinos usually after you try and withdraw a large amount so they have a reason to withhold the funds and not pay out.

Crypto is not totally anonymous though, there are various ways of analysing blockchain data so you should never assume things can not be traced back to you.

not in all casinos, if you play like casinos they dont have UK licence you can charger back in full, coz they are operating illegal on UK or any other EU country

You're correct if it's the case that they're operating illegally, but this happens very rarely.
Then depending on your bank, chargeback policy and procedure can be complicated. Banks generally want evidence, so you would have to prove the casino in question was operating in a jurisdiction it shouldn't be.
Whilst chargebacks are an option in some rare instances, there are generally much better courses of action to take.

Plus for OP's situation, a chargeback would not have been the best course of action as this would have only given him his deposit back.

Also still sending emails to the happyspins but they keep spamming ads instead of responding my email.

I know it's tempting to keep sending emails to them, but try and minimise your contacts.
The more correspondence you keep sending, the more they're going to have to go though and the more complicated it will get as and when they do address your situation.

They said that the casino doesnt have Swedish license so there is nothing they could do.

This is why I always recommend staying away from Curacao licensed casinos.
The licence means pretty much nothing, and if and when you do need to file a complaint, they're typically awful to deal with, that's if they will look into helping you, at all.

Have you spoken to your credit card provider to see if they can shed any light on the issue?
If the withdrawals are showing as processed in your account and the other ones have arrived, it may be worth calling them.
Especially if there are multiple transactions of the same amount being processed to your payment method within a short period of time, it can cause issues in some instances.

so like every 10 hands about 3 hands that seems like normal. but honestly I have played probebly around 4k hours of BJ online and i can tell you that some game providers are different then other, i regulaly I mean every 4 hands 3  is 20 or 21 , see this in  some providers. other i see a more even .

I can't really comment without seeing any data from your results from different providers as all we have to go off is your perspective.

But just bear in mind that as humans, we're programmed to make connections that don't actually exist. Especially when it comes to things like gambling and money which feels personal, when it's in fact completely random.

If you're playing with a reputable and licensed game provider, they're audited regularly and the games are analysed to ensure they're operating as expected. But, if you feel that you're luckier with one provider rather than another, stick to that provider!

Also all my requests were approved by them nothing is pending or waiting for approval which is sooooo confusing i feel like their accountant has scammed my money my to their account.

I'm assuming you're based in Sweden?

What payment method did you use and are expecting your withdrawals to be processed to?
From other posts I've seen on the forum, some of the Swedish payment providers can be a massive headache and it could even be an issue their end.

  15. 40 minutes ago, joejack stevenson said:

ok so from your own experience, in the live games, how many would you say a  dealer gets? the most average answer.

For the dealer to get a 20, the odds are 17.9%, a 21 7.2%, or a natural BJ 4.7%. In total, that's a 29.8% probability of any of those outcomes.
If we round that to 30%, it's a 3 in 10 chance and that seems pretty bang on the money for the average you would expect from my experience.

However, as with any game of chance and probability, the sample size needs to be large enough for the game to operate within the expected probability. Hence why you will see some super cold sessions, and some hot ones too.

  16. 5 minutes ago, joejack stevenson said:

I wanna know on average, how many 20, 21's does a dealer get on a Brick and Mortar casino.

The probability or average of this doesn't differ between a land-based, or online casino. Assuming the number of decks in play is the same, and the rules are the same such and standing on soft 17, the odds are the same.

7 minutes ago, joejack stevenson said:

I want to know the most average of average. so the typical  8 deck shoe. with 2 players vs Dealer

The number of players at any given time also doesn't affect the probability.

    --

This thread of the Wizard of Odds provides a good insight into what the odds of the dealer getting a specific hand are.
Also, you can find some good information on the odds of the outcome of the dealers hand here.

From my own experience as a dealer in a land-based casino for many years dealing thousands of hands of blackjack, and also as a player in both online and land based casinos for 10+ years, sometimes the deck can just be brutal.

Nothing is off, or being 'rigged', even though it can sometimes feel that way.
I've dealt shoe after shoe as a dealer where I seemed to get 21's, 20's and BJ's for 90% of the hands. I've also been on the receiving end of this as a player.
But then again, I've seen players run just as hot where they just can't seem to lose.

  17. Oh. So they've already confirmed that they've verified your documents?

After i received my 2000 euros i sent email to the support about where the rest are and they replied to me and asked me to sent bank statement betweet 27th to 2nd of February and i sent them the bank statement then they dissappeared for 2 weeks

^ I assumed from this that they were waiting on your bank statement.

    --

This makes the situation even more peculiar.

Did you request a full 5000 Euro deposit, and they've only sent you 2000? Or, are they two separate transactions?
Also, was there any bonus' with wagering requirements attached to your cash-out?
In the 'withdrawals' section of your account, can you see the remaining 3000 Euro withdrawal in there under pending, or anything like that?

  18. 2 minutes ago, Sadness said:

Hi @joshnadin and thank you for replying to me.

After i received my 2000 euros i sent email to the support about where the rest are and they replied to me and asked me to sent bank statement betweet 27th to 2nd of February and i sent them the bank statement then they dissappeared for 2 weeks i sent email to the other casino suggested to that casino still got no response from them.
I have never imagined to get withdrawal this hard but this makes me feel like i got scammed by the casino.

Ah so they're waiting on verifying your documents before they process the pay-out to you.
It's kind of strange that they allowed a withdrawal of 2000 Euro already, and now want to verify you for the remainder though.

The deposit and withdrawal policies for Happy Spins can be found here.
They state that after verifying your documents, withdrawals aim to be processed between 1-3 working days.
However, I totally appreciate that waiting for two weeks to have your documents verified with no update is completely unacceptable.

I couldn't find anything in the casinos general terms and conditions in relation to the document verification processing times, unfortunately.

I'm not too sure what you can do to speed things up. Whilst I'm pretty sure that you will eventually get your withdrawal if the documents provided are accepted, I would also be a little on edge hearing nothing from them for so long.

Personally, I would wait a little longer to see if you hear anything back. Sending multiple emails to support can end up elongating the process and making it more complicated.
If after another week or so goes by without an update, I would send a final email stating your intent to file a complaint with the Curacao Licensing Authority if your issue is not resolved within 14 days of receipt of the email.

Either way, keep us updated here and let us know how you get on.

  19. Hey @Sadness, sorry to hear about your experience.

I've had a brief look at the casino in question, and whilst they do have live support. It appears that 'none of the agents are available right now' on a constant basis and it requests you to send an email instead.
This within itself indicates that the support team is not able to deal with the amount of player contacts and getting a response will take a long time.

How come the 3000 Euro withdrawal has not been sent to you? Is it stuck in pending waiting to be authorised and sent?
If you provide us with a little more insight, we may be able to advise you properly.

In regard to reporting this to the police, I would advise against it as no crime has taken place and isn't a matter for the police to investigate.
Reporting the casino to the Swedish gambling association or submitting a complaint to the Curacao licensing authority may be the way to go down the road, but you would want to exhaust all other avenues first.

I took it out of the site and pulled it out of the booth. In short, if you win, they will give back and the maximums will not be touched. I recommend!
