That 2000 is better than nothing. Terms and conditions are set in stone and the casino wont care if your family could use the money or not. As harsh as that sounds, you agreed to their terms by playing/accepting the bonus. I recently had the same thing on a promotion on here, winning $800.. and when the wager was over, it changed to $100. But that was still free money as much as it sucks. I usually also only play on casinos like 888, where once the wager amount is over, ALL of the bonus balance turns to cash and can be cashed out.
