Hello everyone, Signed up to a casino through the Casinogrounds link and just thought id make others aware of this; First off, deposited with Revolut Card as seen it as an option, i have a gambling block on the card but thought ive never seen it as an option so will give it a go. Deposit $25 but my account is charged $26.xx. When looking at my bank statement to see what has caused this discrepancy it is because the casino is using a merchant called 'Scorpionhouseonline' which charges in Chinese currency (CN¥). They also do not charge as a Casino but instead as a regular merchant to get around the gambling blocks- which was confirmed by Revolut. I emailed them asking why this is the case as if i deposit $25 i should be charged just that. They didnt respond, they just closed my account. Not sure if this is common practice charging via a non Casino merchant but it seems very strange and a little underhanded. Dont want to name the casino incase others try but just wanted to bring it to the CasinoGround admins attention that they are promoting a casino who does this.

  3. I did my homework, i checked out the CG review, and read through all the casino T&C's which is why i joined and deposited. They are promoting a casino that does not follow its own T&C's which isnt right. I thought the whole point of CG advertising for these casinos was they trusted that they are fair for the players that they send there.

  5. @Skylined87 Is this something you can help with? Assuming that CG Have contacts at the casino as you are affiliates of them so can reach out to them? Reading reviews online it seems like this is an ongoing thing with them, yet their payment terms and conditions have not been updated to reflect this. Why promote such a casino here?
  6. I know that’s why I set my wager and loss limits I’m not giving them a penny of it back. If they advertised that it’s 100 a day then no worries but don’t put up fake payment t&c’s if you don’t gonna follow them. Hopefully @LetsGiveItASpin or @Nick can help out, who from Casinogrounds is best placed to help with this as I signed up via your sites links so was let to believe that if issues arrive your site can help out as the affiliate.
  7. Looking online it appears they have done this quite often, and just make up the daily limit as they go. I have $10 wager limit per month so I can’t spend it at all. went back to their support and showed them their breaching their payment terms and they just said; ’Sorry for the inconvenience, but the withdrawal will be only accepted for the amount of 100 CAD. This is how the payment system works, unfortunately I cannot change anything in this situation ’ and so I said I’ll put 5 separate withdrawals of 100 in, they responded ‘If you order separate withdrawals, they will be accepted, but not on the same day’ Just ridiculous their terms clearly state the daily limits and they choose to not follow their own terms, yet if a player doesn’t follow the terms they are the first to cite the t&c’s. hopefully someone from casinogrounds can help, I thought signing up through their links that as the affiliate they can reach out to the casino and get some clarity on the matter.

Just checked their payment terms again and it says the following; so I’m within their terms for my withdrawal amount, surely a casino just can’t say we’re restricting you to 100 per day withdrawal. 5.2 The maximum amount for withdrawal is 22200 CAD per transaction 5.10 The maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is up to 1480 CAD per week and up to 5920 CAD per month, unless otherwise specified in the Terms & Conditions of a specific promotion. Exceptions may be made to players with a higher VIP level, if any, at the Casino’s sole discretion. lost for words at how bad this is

Hello everyone, made some deposits on beem casino, managed to get a decent win so go to withdraw 500 CAD via Interac which is the method I used to deposit. wait 2 days and it’s still pending so go onto live chat, they tell me to cancel the withdrawal and put another through as the daily withdrawal limit is 100CAD. nowwhere on their site or terms does it state 100 withdrawal limit per day, This is unreasonably low and completely ridiculous. Live chat told me ‘Unfortunately, this is the manager's decision, and I cannot influence it, I'm just a support agent and I can only inform you about it’ i have set wagering limits and deposit limits so there is zero chance I play it back. @casinogrounds, why promote a casino which does this sort of thing? I signed up via your link so thought it would be a trusted casino if it’s advertised by you but to impose such a low withdrawal limit just screams that they hope I play it back. safe to say I’ll never play on this site again once I get my money. Just a warning to others considering this casino.

  11. Seems like this is becoming the norm with UltraCasino/21.com, same issue with me last month. Being told multiple times that they have sent it when infact they had not and the funds reappear in my account a few days later, or mysterious technical problems that meant that the withdrawal failed. Amazing that there is no technical issues when we deposit though. Hope it all works out for yous and you get the funds.
