Looking online it appears they have done this quite often, and just make up the daily limit as they go.
I have $10 wager limit per month so I can’t spend it at all.
went back to their support and showed them their breaching their payment terms and they just said;
’Sorry for the inconvenience, but the withdrawal will be only accepted for the amount of 100 CAD. This is how the payment system works, unfortunately I cannot change anything in this situation ’
and so I said I’ll put 5 separate withdrawals of 100 in, they responded
‘If you order separate withdrawals, they will be accepted, but not on the same day’
Just ridiculous their terms clearly state the daily limits and they choose to not follow their own terms, yet if a player doesn’t follow the terms they are the first to cite the t&c’s.
hopefully someone from casinogrounds can help, I thought signing up through their links that as the affiliate they can reach out to the casino and get some clarity on the matter.
