100% this. @BitStarz is way out of line with this kind of investigation with only circumstantial like chat logs. You should have stopped after KYC documents were approved, close the account for breaking welcome bonus T&C and be finished with it.

It's in the T&C which you accepted so nothing you can do. I also saw they capped winnings on the bonus (The maximum winnings from the deposit bonus shall be ten times (10X) the amount of the deposit bonus credited to your Account. Any bonus winnings above this limit will be deducted following the completion of the wagering requirements.), that alone makes me run away.

Yes, all these bets have been settled as winners because of the social media storm. They called it a display error, the correct selection was rashica and havertz but it displayed as rashica or havertz so bets were settled as lost.
They could have voided all bets but not after they settled everything as lost.-

A typo in the offered bet seems likely and I expect that in the fineprint Terms and Conditions this is covered, will read the Sports T&C this afternoon.
A mistake in an offered bet does not come as a surprise to me from Pokerstars.
It's covered in the T&C and it should be a void. Mistakes can happen with every bookmaker but this is against their own T&C.
I didn't place this bet but a friend of mine did.

Not my bet but Pokerstars/Betstars has done something way out of line. They changed 'or' in 'and' and declared all bets lost. With 'or' the bets would be won.
