I have been depositing depositing and depositing on this site for 7 years what is wrong??? Please help Is it just me! Never hit over 500x, never win slot battles, never nothing in bonuses when you can eventually hit one, never win on weekend boosters and they fiddle the RTP I play on this site because I have really been believing because this site has been that bad that, one day I might hit something it never happens, and they are contantly saying how reputable and trusworthy this site is I am actually terrified of them. They told me the RTP is the same for everyone across the board when it is in writing that it isn’t. I have emailed them asking for complaints procedure and been ignored. Please help is it just me or does anyone else feel the same something is not right with this site. You actually hate this site with all my heart if anyone seen my game play with them you would know why

@Markus Larsson yes apparently they are spending a fortune on AI tools and banning anyone who wins lol. Check out Anonymous on Youtube. They only want members who lose then lose more and more and more…..and they are getting away with it ! Must be in the back pockets of the GC too because they are not regulated properly. We need to really make them accountable because they are running amock. Start looking into these companies man because its not what it seems. They taking more profit than payday loans and they are some think like 17000% APR

@wanted1112 I would stay away from all of them m8 they are all scamming. They will take everything from you in the end. As time moves on the losses get bigger and bigger till you reach 94-97% in losses. For example I am at about 54% in losses with @videoslots over 7 years even though they show I am at 94% RTP. Its all a scam m8. The government is taking over all my game play and I just hope to god this shines a light on what is really going on its just sad all round, I cry myself to sleep everynight hoping I wake up and its all just been a nightmare..!

Quick update on Videoslots, I emailed them last month as still waiting for update from a year ago about what happened to RTP. They emailed me back saying they are still working on it lol. Anyway I am going to email them today and follow complaints procedure, one way or another I am going to get to the bottom of it. That 94% RTP has been same since I joined the site 8 years ago it literally doesn't move.

So joined Peachy couple of months ago, had small withdrawal £900 got paid more or less instant so that was all good. Tried to cash out £200 3 days ago and still waiting for it to be processed! I read a few reviews and there seems to quite a few complaints about withdrawal times with them. They asked me to confirm bank details in account what I did giving details for last card used. Status few hours later processed. Still not in account next day so emailed them to be told I sent wrong bank account, so updated with them and they said it was sent then not sent. Anyway cut a long story short I been playing table tennis regarding emails back and forth you just cant get a straight answer from them. They are acting weird. Taking hours to answer emails and acting dumb, wasting my time. I mean really Peachy is this what we are doing ! When you make a withdrawal on a site it should tell you where the withdrawal is sent to yes? If this is not the case and you cant see anywhere on site that states what card your withdrawal is sent to, then this is a BUG that needs fixing, no one wants to play on a site with delayed or stalled withdrawals. Or spending days chasing around where it has gone I mean taking over a week to get a withdrawal is just ridiculous in 2022 Is it just me or has anyone else had these problems? Sister site to Fruity Kings and Casushi who I must admit are much more professional and never had any problems with!

@Marcus Lynge SahlholdtHow are you supposed to know who there sister sites are? Or brothers mothers or fathers site. You dealt with them not there sister. That is down to them to let you know unless you used a different email address?

@me_utubethese sites want to know your spending habits, what time you play and why, when you get paid, when you sleep, when you buy shopping. How are they allowed to get away with this? Something has to be done about them how can all this stuff be legal ? They make my blood absolutely boil.

@ressivv I actually wish I could play on STAKE because I would ditch all these other casinos you cant win f all from. I love the fact they have higher RTPs and no bias against players so its basically any ones game, opposite to real money casinos. Low RTPs, peeping toms on your bank accounts, stupid penny promotions that no one wants because they make RTPs lower, no bonus buys for UK players I mean wtf can you actually win on. @team.videolots for example Mr Vegas they wanted pics for verification of old bank card and to deactivate it they wanted banks statement in pdf. So received these KYC requests like why TF would I tell them this kind of information. I am a £20 deposit at a time client and had been with them for a few years. @Titanholo If you have made a complaint to Ask Gamblers they will take it up with them and liase for you, sometimes they even go to MGA directly if they are not happy with response from casino, if you have not breached any terms you should be ok. keep us updated on your progress. Good luck

@Titanholo I would leave a review on Trustpilot explaining your win and that you are worried you have been scammed because of bad reviews you have been reading and they are not answering your emails, because they seen to be replying on there asking for name and email they will be able to chase it up for you, and make them move quicker

I think it takes time because they have to confirm with provider that it was a legit win and that takes a while, just keep it polite with them because it looks like from those reviews it took some people a couple of weeks for response. It seems like mostly the people who was not paid out had either duplicate accounts or did not make some kind of rollover wagering. It does look like people are paid out though I seen some resolved payment issues also with were complaints had been solved. I would wait 2 weeks and if you have not heard nothing back, get someone to handle your complaint but when you get someone to handle it you can only keep it with them and it takes time, I do not see why you won't get your money though in the long run

@Svenix The bonuses stopped in there country , they were all getting 500% deposit bonuses, that is why they moved to Malta lol, but they didn’t really they just moved to casinos what accepted VPNs they are not actually there. Roshtein has just took himself all the way to Canada over the Stake casino controversy. @Ash WThe sad thing is what people are missing is there has been a massive shift in gambling over the past 3 years, and most people will notice this in there play over this time, especially in taxable countries, because the rtp has been lowered for those countries to compensate the losses. Most gamblers don’t realise how much even the tiniest shift in RTP can effect your game play and a slot say that previously had a 97% rtp to 95% will reduce your game play by 33%. Videoslots for example for me as a UK player went from 97% on book of dead all the way down over the last 3 years to 94.1 which would reduce my game play over 50% meaning I would lose money over half the time quicker, and over that time I have been just making deposit after deposit, faster and faster getting no where, as I did not know that the rtp was lowered. Players with lower RTPs were actually playing on different versions of the same game to other players who were granted higher RTPS.Apparently the stake holders of casinos were asked if they wanted it lowered lol… Also many casinos have been hosting cloned versions on different servers of games with some of the really high roller streamers, if you watch carefully enough you can see the bugs 🐜 they hit patterns on these slots that are not possible outcomes. I don’t think that on the fully licensed ones MGA together with UKGC it would be possible to clone, so stick to them if you don’t know how to check the RTP or Host yourself. I only know these things myself after losing so much money over the past 3 years, gambling has brought me to my knees. I have accepted It is because of these reasons, and I am never going to be up not because I am a loser or that I am a problem gambler, it is because we are getting absolutely scammed. For anyone hoping something will be done or investigated into RTPs etc… will be waiting a long time, because all the UKGC is bothered about is Taxes they put that before anything, so anyone not paying any is the casinos they will be coming for and in the mean while the average Joe from taxable countries is going keep getting skinned alive by these SLOT based casinos. Please don’t be too hard on yourselves because we all lose at gambling and we all get to that place were we lose what we win and some more….then we learn from it and get back on our feet, but with what is going on in the last few years there is no getting back on your feet because there is no returns so please do all your checks and dig deeper before playing on slots because the casinos aim is to put online slots inline with land based slots….. and we all know that outcome….

@Oleh Ovdiei @Casinogrounds I agree if it’s a bonus buy keep it to bonus buy big wins category. This is how we can work out what the x win really is. Bonus buy wins are very misleading , this is why they are banned in the UK. I would like to have the option myself of buying a bonus because being from the UK I have to rely on a base game to win anything and what are the chances of that….
