Hi all, I was playing Monster Superlanche over at Metal Casino and believe the bonus has cocked up and owes me a lot more than it paid-on the second drop out of 8 spins, my multiplier was on 23x and I filled the screen. This gave a 50x bonus, so put my multiplier to 73x. however, I had about 4 winning drops after this but none were multiplied up-it merely gave the win for the number of characters. For example the last drop paid for a half screen of a low paying symbol which was £1.70. This should have been multiplied by 73…as were a few other drops. I’ll see if I can post the replay here. Hi All, If there is a Videoslots rep lurking here (or somebody knows who it is and could give them a nudge) as I'm having an issue logging in and the online help is useless. Brief outline-I went on Gamstop for 6 months (third time I've done it, like to do it every now and again for a break) and when it expired I did the usual emails back and forth to VS and Gamstop saying my time had been served and I was good to go again yadda yadda ya. Was never an issue in the past. VS got back to me eventually and said all was good. Tried to log in...account is still deactivated. Long story short this has been going on since 5th November. I check with chat every week, and every week I'm told it's with their team, it's a 'Technical Issue' and will be dealt with in due course. Coming up on two and a half months now. Surely it can't take a team of dev's this long to reopen an account? Same goes for Mr Vegas obviously. Thanks in advance!

Ok, so been playing at Leo for years. Deposit via bank transfer…so, card ID, PIN number, Face ID, OTP and all that jazz. Get account lock out error this morning so head over to chat, and apparently I have to verify a bank card that I used. Years ago. It has since expired and is in the bin. Apparently I have to contact my bank, for a letter saying that I once owned that card, and it was used on Leo. has anybody had this ridiculous request before? Can somebody from Leo explain why verification of a redundant card is needed?? Surely triple MFA is enough!? Joke.

I've found this in the last couple of months, so can't be coincidence, surely...I play Reactoonz 1 & 2 pretty much daily, usually £60, 60p spins. In the last year I had so many good bonuses, in total around 15 1000x hits and a lot of 4-500x hits...since November, still doing the very same strategy I've only hit a handful of bonuses...with pretty much all of them being gash. It was with regret I've now binned them off!
