Hello, Gyoza here. I'd like to tell you about story what happened on 23th Thursday-Friday time.
Just for informing before reading, this is copy and pasted from Facebook.

22.2.2018 - 23.2.2018 Thursday and Friday occurring
Edited from copy paste in FB

As you know i'm

20 Years-old college Finnish gambler and i'm usually gambling when i have free to spent or really bored,

Day occurring: 22.2.2018 at 16 clock times

Kim and Reggie were streaming, and i was going to gamble as well that time.
first gamble was on LeoVegas, at 16-19 clock

Deposited 20€ raw cash,
Won 400 euros Tiki Totem and other games, after that i withdraw 400€
After that, i thought, "Lets try 50€ more euros on some casino website with 100% bonus, why not"

Checking Casinogrounds/casino-bonus web, found RedBet, this is same as Vinneri, finnish country one. Both are from same company most likely, checked on other site what kind of review were there, this what i found

https://www.nettikasinot.com/arvostelut/redbet/
(Translated)

  1. Bonus code WELCOME1-3
  2. Bonus rules and terms
  3. Max bet 5€/pers spin, 35x wager, in free spins as well
  4. Disallowed(illegal games that i can't play, in -kielletyt pelit, videopoker, table and games named)
  5. Min deposit 20€, 30 days

After going in website, registered and deposited 50€, got 100€ in bonus and played first in euro bets. Started with Book Of Dead and got..

I was really happy and surprised, i'd thought i was going to get my losings and spending from last Christmas
(Time when i won 1000€ from Rizk tournament, that gave me big return back :))
weweeqeeqeq.png.7e03a6cdfa10d3d6b985d8e05d99a634.pngweeqeed.png.da8ce9db949368da5cd6af1c50679ac8.png
After this, i went and do the wagering over, my comeback was really nice and still continue upwards my balance.
Invited my friend to look my gambling and he was surely surprised and he recommended me some games to play. These weren't illegal ones, for a sure.

Then,  35x wagering, which was 1600€, wasn't bad since i got to 1300€, kept winning in games.
I withdraw my cash balance but then..

There was a problem after withdrawing before i know. I was asleep this moment.

Tomorrow happened the worst scenario, the worst life one.

I broke wagering betting requirement:

Unless it has been stated differently in the specific terms and conditions tailored to each campaign the highest bet allowed when using bonus money, until the wagering requirement has been fulfilled, is:

Here's the problem, it was changed and i did not notice it.image.thumb.png.04164b1d167e751443a84c944c3053f3.png
At morning, when i messaged them about my withdraw,

They told me

That money is confiscated, because breaking over-betting rules.

My reaction: I was *shocked* :/ really shocked, my body went cold, very cold, my body was shimmering and i was laying my floor and thinking what did i do?

Then, I asked if its possible to withdraw somehow like getting some wins before rules breaking but it wasn't as planned, they decline every time i tried to ask anything.

Then,

I was really mad, really mad. >:( I sent mail to through them live support mail(this was a note that made think that i was going to do  ?"Suicide" over going mental)

Police and ambulances came to my house, like i knew they got me there and worked me up. I had some mental issues beforehand, my issues were having problems with practice working job
About me, what issue was about myself for some people.

I wasn't able to concentrate straight and my eyes couldn't be normally. I couldn't walk or else i will fall cause of dizzy and so forth. This is not cause of gambling or anything of drugs, alcohol. Those things i never intended to in my life. *Aftermath* This still going on, right now as i'm posting it. Now it's been much better :) although i'm still sad about not getting my winnings cause unfair

I require some assistance, and really badly. I want some answers and i want to know if i can get any cash back in anyway.

Send further questions here or some private mail.
*this is my first topic here*

First of all @Gyoza really sad to hear this story. If that money feels like life and death for you, you shouldn't be gambling.

Second one, the picture you have with the Redbet bonus is not from CG right? I have looked and can't find it anywhere.

Redbet changed their max bet in start of Dec. last year from 5€ to 2€.

What you could ask Redbet is, why Netkasino (affiliate) hasn't changed the terms?? You did this in good faith, since terms of bonuses where stated there. Maybe, only maybe, Redbet will be more willing to help you out.

@BoracicLint I stream from Redbet, and I think it's a good site. 2€ max bet might be on the low end,  but its parachute and 35x wager (thats really good). Besides, bonus terms only apply when you hit Bonus Balance.

Mr Green has recently bought Redbet, so lets see what kind of changes will be made in the future.

I don't really feel this case is Redbets fault. You always need to read t&cs or ask us streamers. I would love to help you guys out, and answer you're questions. In this case you could say that wherever you signed up from @Gyoza , has part of the blame, as the terms were misleading and wrong.

And I've used Redbet in the past myself too but I've seen them confiscate funds on quite a few occasions and wouldn't feel happy using them knowing how they react to going over bet limits which are much smaller than most. I never bet more than £1 myself but I think £2 is much too low for many punters.

Agree , its a good site.   I have played Redbet and Mr Green aswell  4years , never any problems  even wihen big withdraws.

T/C  is there for a reason

5 Golden rules

1) have a gambling budget

2) Always verify account before deppo

3) Read T/C

4) check casino licence

5) never ever reverse a withdraw

Well, you are most part right, i had chance to check Terms and services but this one was really my fault not checking because i'm used to other casino websites with always 5€ max or more. This is the  the FIRST casino which had lower than that. (No idea why they lowered to 2€? it's low)

I'm spending with my own money that i can use, i'm usually somewhat careful how much spending. I make sure i'm saving enough for bills (yes i get a lot bills even though i'm not living on my own apartment) @SuperSmask

But i'm glad that you commented about this.

I'll await for more help from more people if it's possible.

Urgh. Another bonus confiscation thread. It's so frustrating to read about.

I have to ask....why are people so keen to promote casinos with such anti players terms and behaviours. I suspect affiliates are more concerned with their bottom line as opposed to anything genuinely player or community focused :-(

The advantage of the bonus is just 35x the bonus amount with bonus and real cash kept separate. The max bet of £2 is a bit of a bummer.

Still better than their sister site Winning Room casino that has the same restricted term, but 35x deposit + bonus wagering to boot. Makes wagering the required amount akin to Mission Impossible.

Lesson learned is to always read the terms- and conditions before committing any money. As to the affiliate promoting it wrong, I suggest the OP reports this to the casino so that they can make the affiliate change the article.

I would also directly talk to Redbet (email), and tell them about wrong terms that are stated on one of their affiliates sites. So u did this in good faith. And it still hasn't been changed! Even the bonus they say u get is wrong. They changed the welcome offer as well!

Hey @Gyoza!

Sorry to hear about your experience. I cannot stress enough how important it is for a player to ALWAYS check terms & conditions of the casinos. Personally, I've been burned enough times before so literally the first thing I do is read T&C's before depositing any money. I hope that you will do so in the future as well :)

As for affiliate advertising incorrect terms, there's plenty of websites with those. Here at CasinoGrounds we try to keep up with the offers, but can sometimes happen that it's not immediately up to date, as casinos keep changing them frequently.

I lost £500 to RedBet, can't remember how now but I probably played Mega Joker before I checked.  I've lost a couple of thousand doing that across sites before I started reading the terms religiously.  I also keep a list of unplayable games available so I can double check before I play them.

In this case it's false advertising that caused the problem and the affiliate who presented the ad should be held liable. RedBet aren't responsible for all their affiliates.
