So i did try bob casino from CG link, Like you see on the pic, bonus code not needed. 

 

So i made a deposit 28 euro, and did not get a bonus. So went to live chat, after 20 min w8, i was still nr 3. I got bored and played the money. After that i lost the money i just wanted to know what happend with the bonus. I was 1 in line and it took 10-15 min to talk with live chat. He told me that i needed to use a code to get the bonus. 

 

I just checked the CG promotion page that i did not need a code, but seem that you need it. Even they have a box where it says " i dont want to receive any bonus" 

 

So i ask what kind sister sites they have, so i know about them, and the answer got me buffet. They dont tell me!! 

So i say, stay away from this site, support slow, take a fee when you deposit!?? 

I believed that casinogrounds promotions casinos should be good, but this was not!

I registered at bob some weeks ago and the bonus didn't come for me either, but i didn't use my money and contacted the support and they added the bonus money for me. So this seems to happen often?

I think you should've not used the money before talking to the support though.

agree, i should not use the money, but telling CG that they have wrong information, and the damn support takes for ever to answer!! + fees on deposit.

Yeah it's a good thing you posted this since this maybe happen to many (or just us?) players that join bob casino. Maybe @Huggehugg or someone else that use to stream from bob can look into this.

@jankkee Hi! I do not know if Bob Casino has any sister sites, which I am sorry for. I can answer the question about the deposit fees though. I asked them about it and they told me that they have depositing fees instead of having the requirement to wager your cash deposit 1x, this in order to prevent money laundering.

Sorry for the delayed reply. I took a look at the matter and it seems that just recently they have changed how you as a player claim a bonus. We have now updated the page accordingly.

Regarding your bonus - if you would asked and wait on the support, they would add bonus manually. Unfortunately there is nothing more I can do.
