Depression from previous gambling problem.

Controlling the vices in life is difficult, it's generally better the moderate them which is easier to do when you're motivated and happy, I used to have multiple serious issues gambling just one of many. However  things started becoming better when I got my first job and started building my career (this is going back 3-4 years now), I now have work motivation, money management down to a tee and I have cleared my previous debts I'm also nearly there sticking to limits with gambling (almost haha). However I still have things I want to improve like frequency of drinking and fitness.

I'd advise trying to focus on one thing to start with, whether it's improving mental health, gaining employment, fitness anything put all your eggs into that basket and when you accomplish that you will start to gain self confidence and feel stronger as a person when facing the next hurdle

All my changes started with an appointment at the doctors to talk about depression and lack of motivation. The smallest steps can lead to the biggest changes you just have to try and take the first ones and stick to it. This is the nature of the beast, and i 100% agree that FOBT's are the cancer of the industry preying on the vulnerable.

I do try and promote responsible gambling on stream with lower bet sizes, and encouraging the lock in feature at Rizk, but at the end of the day these are just words and if you have a real addiction to the point where you can't go without gambling then you need professional help.

I like to think people who have a real addiction can watch streams such as mine, Letsgiveitaspin's etc and get their "fix" from ourselves playing, but there will always be that urge especially when we get a big win so i recommend you just self exclude from all casinos we promote.

I wonder if he just got a feature of Montezuma and found out you need 3 scatters instead of 2 for the retrigger... Not only is the RTP lower (between 90% and 94% I heard), but they're allowed to alter a slot ever more to their advantage. Wizard of Oz is another I saw being altered where Glinda gives you a random wild symbol instead of a wild reel. What a disgrace. For this reason I would prefer to sign up and deposit my life savings at multi lotto than play a FOBT.
