Casinomon Posted 3 February, 2018 Share Posted 3 February, 2018 I have both experienced this as a customer and asked for it working at online casinos myself. It is not very common, but there are cases where it is required and once requested, you really don´t have any choice but to provide the document. The banks are familiar with this and the easiest way to go by it if you ask me, is to physically visit your local bank, ID yourself and simply ask for the requested document. They should print it and hand it over in no time, take a picture with your phone, make sure all four corners are visible and just upload it/send it. In short, there is nothing fishy about it, but then again it does not happen often (regardless of casino), so I totally understand your concern. Link to comment

If so, that verification usually includes you sending pictures of the front and back of the said lost card so they already had proof you owned that card. Link to comment

If you don't get anywhere, I suggest if you have an account on the Casinomeister forum that you get in touch with their representative there as he was very helpful sorting out another issue for me that their chat was not willing to resolve.
