Getting banned for bonus abuse, has this happened to anyone else?

I just received the stock email accusing me of bonus abuse, took an 80% match non-sticky bonus and withdrew without dipping in to the bonus funds,  I guess they never liked that.  

Why would they be sending out emails with offers, Then ban you for accepting the offers

Because they want people to lose money,not win it.

@JollyBhoyJohn7 thats really weird john that the casino would ban you. That sounds a bit steep banning you from the casino. I would have expected a warning 1 st.

The whole point of non sticky is to get a deposit match and if you win using your cash balance first without dipping into the bonus money you may withdraw your winnings and it forfeits the bonus. You lose the bonus.

But when your withdrawing winnings wee are all prepared to lose the bonus. Its part of the terms. The sticky bonus is thare to give you a second chance if you go through your cash balance.

What i see here john is it cant be an issue in a winning sum you are trying to withdraw because you have not touched the bonus money.

So the abuse must have been on stake size maybe john, or certain slots have been played that do not count if you accept the bonus, im kinda wondering why a ban and what could it have been that made them do it. 

 Sounds a bit weird john unless there is something else thats happened to cause them to ban you. As i say i would expect a warning first or something. But a straight ban for bonus abuse when you never touched the bonus dosent add up john.

As i say unless the casino has seen something to make them come to that decision. All i can do is say i feel for you john because you play away and post up your wins etc. And i was surprized to see the heading when i read your post

Casino T+C's are long to read all the way through them but if i were you john i would be asking the casino to explain to me whare have i abused the bonus ? ? . and try and get a clear definitive answer on whats happened and why the ban.

Its the best answer i can articulate on john for you. And i felt i would say something about it.

And i would say 100 percent john there will be people out thare abusing bonuses.  Anyway i hope it wasnt a huge amount you won and they turned round and banned you saying you abused our bonus terms. Im sorry to hear whats happened john and i felt i would leave a comment on it.???.

@Craig smith As far as I can work out it's just because I've taken a lot more out of Caddell casinos than have put in,  Never played any slots on a ban list or used a stake higher than £2.  Seems they ban any player winning too much from their casinos.  No reasons are needed according to the terms they can simply ban you for winning.  

Cheers for your thoughts though,  Plenty other casinos to play on and they won't be missed.

@JollyBhoyJohn7 its a real shame that some casino's should even contemplate banning someone because they are winning to much. And coming out in profit a lot is not an easy thing to do john.
