Unfortunately exactly the same thing at the second version. 30-40 teases for one bonus is too much for me to play it on a regular basis. The basegame features compensate that a little, but "wild desire" teases as well too much for me and the other features are weak. I don't even enjoy the graphics. It seems a bit weird to what i just said but i still like the game. Not because it's a good game but I love the music / sound tracks. It's nostalgic for me as immortal romance I was one of the first games I played so i guess I will play more of the newer version in the future. Overall 8/10; without the music and nostalgic it would have been a 3/10 from me. PS: The collecting part of the game sucks as i also don't like collecting games Quote Link to comment

Finally it's here! I am biased, but I like it, even tho the payouts are garbage (four bonuses, all below 39x and a wild desire 1x multiplier feature paid 31x). After watching streams with basegame and bonus buys, it appears to be more of a bonus buy game to reach high wins (vs. basebet). Cascading wins with multipliers, bonus buys, "jackpot" features, grinding goals, audio options for music, options for bonuses etc, this surely has them all (and don't call me Shirley). I reminds me of the olden days when providers competed with features and high quality video/audio and collection features hoping to retain players. However, it needs to be pointed out that the original Immortal Romance was a reskin of at least a few identical slots plus Thunderstruck 2 and Finer reels of life deviants. As an overall experience it offers pretty much everything that can be packaged into a slot. Only thing I was hoping for was the old songs, especially legendary Amber-song could have returned at least with a clip into the bonus tease. Since it was created for Microgaming, copyrights should belong to Microgaming. Yet, as Kathleen Kennedy put it "Less is more", screwing up most hopes for returning featured old/past actors into Rise of Skywalker. For the mechanics, most tedious thing is the "jackpot" collection garbage. For an experienced player, all extra jackpots are effectively -rtp in basegame. Players spin, collect, grind and trigger a basic feature or bonus and it's typically 15x with a slim chance of getting the wild desire with a high multi for anything respectable. In the old one, the Sarah bonus was worth collecting, at least for me. This one appears to squeeze normal bonuses from basegame too thin. If there is a sequel, remove all jackpots, expand the grid for better cascades (larger than Anvil), set max win 5-6kx for better viral reception of max wins, calibrate wild desire to be a cascading feature (one drop with multipliers and transforming symbols e.g. humans into vampires), decrease options of bonuses into two plus wild desire (4 characters have features, 2 of which can be chosen into a bonus) and most importantly, revive the old songs. The bonuses gave so much more potential, but feel they are less frequent due to the jackpots being added. Base game is great for wagering l, as lots of mini wins keeping the balance healthy. The wild desire feature is still good, and now with the added multiplier, has so much more potential. Visually quite a pleasing game, and them music is on point aswell. Although volatile, I had fairly consistent small wins in the 10-15 mins I played before bonus, although again the consistent teases I didn't enjoy. Really enjoy the 4 different bonus options, with Sarahs sticky symbols and multiplier trail being my favourite. I do like the jackpot feature though as it`s very frequent. Got it like 5 times in 100 spins. Don`t know the hit ratio for the jackpot feature, but it felt easy to get atleast. Not been a fan of their UI before but this looks tons better what they usually put out. With a good OG classic & it’s also not just a reskin but some new bonus variants and you can change the theme and do bonus buys of free spins & wild desire. Also it tease more often for the wild desire as you get the wheel quite often (mostly with the bad paying jackpots but atleast not a lot of RTP put in those mini jackpots they are like 10x) bonuses landed frequently too.
