aqua_pete Posted 26 February Share Posted 26 February This happened to me last october. At first I didn't want to write about this but it annoyed me for so long so here we go. So I was playing at Pino casino for a couple of times but I stopped playing there for some time when I was called by the casino employee, he called me several times but I missed those calls so it looked urgent. We had a nice talk and he offered me a deposit bonus. He send me a code by email. I accepted that offer and I deposited and was expecting the bonus. But no bonus, I contacted the casino customer service but they didn't know why the bonus was not accepted. So I wanted my deposit back, but they said that that was not possible. I felt that I was conned. So I send an email to the guy promissing me the deposit bonus telling him he was a con artist by luring me into a deposit. He replied me later, in not so nice way that I was a bonus abuser. Nice tactics to accuse the accuser. So if I am a bonus abuser (how can that even be possible) why did he offer me one. I had to play my deposit, in the hope to win big but that didn't happen. (So I hope it is now out my system) Quote Link to comment
Original Jase Posted 26 February Share Posted 26 February I would of reported them to who ever your regulator is. In the UK a casino is not allowed to hold your deposit ransom at any point. You must be allowed to withdraw any deposit no matter what. Does sound like they conned you and I feel for you as I've had similar. I would still report this site to the regulator though, they'll be doing this to more vulnerable people most likely Quote Link to comment
