Evoultion Crazy Coin flip

In unibet I got 10euro freeplay token to Evoulton games 10days ago. I played it on CCF but my winnings havent credited. I contacted support they told me Evoultion will investigate this. Still no answer, my money is nowhere. WTF?

About 1year ago had same issue but they credited my moeny way less time.

 

Is anybody had same issue?

weird, i find evolution are usually reliable. you can try asking evolution support directly in game (top right of screen somewhere)

Still dont get my money. Its a 13th day. As I heard its a global problem and only from freeplay token. Real money games working properly.

I found support, a lady wrote investigation ended I got reference number and a suggestion that I have to contact to unibet.

I wrote unibet with ref number  and they constantly write that investigation is still ongoing..

Sorry, to hear about your experience with Evolution Crazy Coin flip on Unibet. It's frustrating when winnings don't get credited and support takes a while to resolve the issue. Hang in there, as Evolution is likely investigating the matter and will hopefully provide an update soon.

After 32 days I got my money.

 

But Evolution couldnt fix it, Unibet had to manually check and crediting all winnings for players..
