  1. The Gambling Commission states that operators have 8 weeks to resolve complaints before an ADR can get involved. This means that if you have a complaint with an operator, you should give them 8 weeks to resolve it. If the operator is unable to resolve the matter within 8 weeks, you may be able to escalate the matter to eCOGRA. Am I right?
