Yes ide like to highlight an issue im having with lordping casino at the moment they are a skill on net brand casino i made a deposit Saturday for £100 with a match bonus i ended up running into the wagering but I managed to wager the bonus with £1000 to draw of and then they wanted me to verify my account so I sent all the relevant documents over this was Sunday the 4 th of June,I placed a 24 hr cool down on my account so I couldn't be tempted to waste this money as I wanted to withdraw my winnings,I never heard nothing back of the casino to say my account had been verified,so im a gambler and there was money in my ballance so when the cool down was over I continued to play,and I won £8500 anyway I locked my account again with £6000 in so as I couldn't play,and its like they are giving me the run round asking for proof of card that I haven't deposited with for a long time as its expired so I told them I don't use this card no more,and uploaded the pictures of my new card on the site which I deposited with,to cut a long story short are they gonna keep giving me the run around or verify my account so I can withdraw my winnings,or are they gonna not wait for a week until my cool down is over so I can give it them all back,these casinos talk about responsible gaming but I don't think them taking 5 days to verify my account is very responsible I've sent loads of emails and im having no joy or feedback of them at all,could someone please help me as I'm a bit in the black as what to do,ill post a pic of the win just so you no im being honest

While your waiting on getting verified I'd suggest a longer timeout to stop you from wanting to gamble the winnings. Unfortunately this is all I can suggest at the minute.

@Yamontoawinnerslotchanneltypical behaviour from skill on net sites I've witnessed. Put a loss limit of £10 a week or something until it's sorted. It's obvious they're using delay tactics, something most rubbish sites take advantage of now that the UKGC made withdrawal reversals banned. Absolutely disgusting sites now use this tactic and when you get your money I would avoid playing here. I would also email them to ask why it's taking this long and include info@gamblingcommission.gov.uk saying it's not acceptable. Sometimes this scares them into acting fast

Thanks mate for the input I've put a weeks block on my account until hopefully its sorted,the mad thing is I play at there sister casino bannacca play and im verified there and they pay out my wins no problem,so I don't no whats going on  at Lordping I've sent them 10 emails and not had one reply which is extremely bad customer service from them,its like there waiting to verify you so you do your bollocks with the money so they haven't gotta pay out

Well just a little update on this issue they have verified my account on Saturday so I requested a withdrawal which the maximum is £5000 per transaction and its been sitting there pending now for 3 days which is a really unacceptable time frame and messaging the chat which is taking ages and they saying that sometimes withdrawals take longer due to extra security checks lol most reputable casino you withdraw and its in your bank within one hour,im getting so annoyed by Lordping now its a joke
