On DrueckGlueck I signed up, verified my ID and can't deposit or access any parts of the cashier. Even when I try to send an email to support it just redirects me to the upload documents section which has no requested documents for me to upload. Similar situation on Ahti Games, except they are taking exceptionally long times to verify documents. On both sites there is very little access to proper support (email/chat), and the AI Chatbot never has an answer to either question I have nor gives me someone I can actually talk to. When the bonus was done and i wanted to Take money out. i could not. and i have sent everything in. NO answer from them what so ever. I thought it was legit cause casinogrounds promoted them..
