Playzee whitdraw time and wondering if i'll get my money.

On sunday i won 44000 Norwegian Kroner, and still has not heard anything about my whitdraw. It's still pendling and i am starting to worry a bit. First info was by mail and there it stod that it would be approved afther 24 hours but it, but when it wasn't i talk to the customer support on sunday, then they said maximum 48 hours.

 

But when i talk to them today they say that it will take 48 hours extra since it's my first time and that's there standar. Then it will take another 24 hours/48 afther that to get a succsesfull whitdraw. 

 

Can someone please let me know if this is normal or someone has experienced something like this?

Never withdrawn as big from playzee before, but never had an issue. It is a big withdrawal for 1st time, so perhaps it may take a little bit longer than usual. 

I know its hard waiting, but I've never had an issue with them.
