On sunday i won 44000 Norwegian Kroner, and still has not heard anything about my whitdraw. It's still pendling and i am starting to worry a bit. First info was by mail and there it stod that it would be approved afther 24 hours but it, but when it wasn't i talk to the customer support on sunday, then they said maximum 48 hours. But when i talk to them today they say that it will take 48 hours extra since it's my first time and that's there standar. Then it will take another 24 hours/48 afther that to get a succsesfull whitdraw. Can someone please let me know if this is normal or someone has experienced something like this?
