Eustasskid Posted 5 January, 2023 Share Posted 5 January, 2023 (edited) Hey Mates, quick question: I played on Platincasino with a Bonus I recieved from them(500€); in the mail it said 5 times wager, which should be 2.5k; in my account it said 7.5k. Somehow i made it and wanted to cash out 3k. Because I played higher stakes as in their Bonus conditions allowed they cancelled my withdraw. Is there any way to get my money? So I believe they use wager 5 for deposit and bonus amount. Nothing new, a lot of casinos did it . About get your win back , as you played a stakes higher its impossible. So you took a bonus, did you read the bonus T&C prior to taking it? As that should always be a thing that you do before you play with bonuses. If terms were broken, I think @Oleh Ovdiei is right you would at least get deposit back.
