Also can't fint the game: "Net Gains"... As in, even when I make a general search for the game on the page, it does not show up, as if the game is not available for me. I can try and start the Game through the info about the freespins, but it returns the message: "Can't start the game. An error has occured". Apparently the "NET gains" game is not available in Denmark, thus the free spins could not be activated. The person I talked to in the chat changed the target game for the Free Spins for me. Customer support should be aware of it and should then be added manually if possible. Our apologies for the inconvenience it may caused. Also please note that some geo's are not accepted on specific brands so always check the T&C's before to see if you are eligible on that specific brand! When I signed up on Nine casino, the game doesnt even show up on their site. It shows up in the Bonus section, but I get an error. Ive even tried using a VPN on another browser to see if that would help, and still get the error. Live chat doesnt answer either. But now they have my personal info and ID lol Quote Link to comment
