Can you please tell me from which geo you are registered? Will forward it to them. They should added it to you.

As long as you are not from a restricted country, you can claim them trough live chat! Live chat is a bit busy at the moment, if the game is some how not available on Canada they will add it on another game to make up for the issue!

Small update, It seems that for Finnish people some how there are some bugs. Customer support should be aware of it and should then be added manually if possible. Our apologies for the inconvenience it may caused. Also please note that some geo's are not accepted on specific brands so always check the T&C's before to see if you are eligible on that specific brand!
