Wildz proof of card ownership of my bank card?

Has anyone ever been asked for a proof of card ownership? Wildz is asking me for bank statements or a letter from my bank, every statement I send gets rejected because it’s showing my bank account number and not my bank card number and the bank refused my request for a letter. I deposit from my bank card number and they withdraw it via my account number but it’s the same account. I feel like I’m stuck in a loop lol. Currently waiting to see if my deposit slip from when I cashed my last paycheck to this card works but I’m really doubtful.  Just wondering if anyone’s in a similar boat and we’re able to do anything?

I’m guessing they pay out via your account rather then just make a reversal back to the card because reversals to that particular card is not an option. Is it Monzo or something similar?

I’m afraid it doesn’t, it’s the same numbers on all the cards with the last few changed out but nothing to do with my account number. It’s a CIBC visa debit card.

Its how they scam.  Nomatter if u get the letter.....They dont aprov it. I won on caxino....They would not pay out cuz of a card i could not prove on wilds??? SO KEEP AWAY FROM CAXINO WILDS AND WHEELS CASINO. AND OF COURS SPINSAMURAI.SCAMMERS ALL

You should be able to send them a bank statement that shows a payment to the casino from the bank account that is linked to the card - that should show the connection between the two.

Give them the exact date/time of the transaction so they can easily locate it on the statement.

Thanks so much for your help, I emailed them the same statement and kindly asked them to check the dates while I was waiting for my bank receipt to get approved or denied. I didn’t receive a response back but I’m verified again so something worked lol.
