Caxino.com Widthdrawal not being approved

Hi, on Monday 02/08 I was playing Jammin Jars 2 on Caxino.com, got super lucky and won $32k

I played a few other games and pulled out at $36k, I followed supports advice that I could not request the entire amount in one widthdrawal so instead requested 9 widthdrawals for $4000 each.

Caxino requested additional verification to prove my bank account and this was accepted very quickly.

Usually Caxino approved my requests within around 24 hours but so far I have not had any widthdrawals approved and they are just sitting there I understand this is a larger amount of money than usual however Caxino are now not responding to any of my emails and the chat support are basically advising that it's not been looked at by the payments team yet and I just need to wait with no ETA.

I have provided all the verification and am unsure why it's continuing to be delayed without some sort of update.

Amount can be large enough to take a few extra checks and should be processed anytime soon i dont believe you need to do anything further

Set all you limits to $10 per week. Once you get the money then close down the account. It’s the usual BS here about this check and that check. They want you logged on and squandering the money.
