How and where do you ask for the video of a certain spin?

I recently got a 1000x win om Danger High Voltage and i need the video of the bonus round to post on the Epic Wins section. My casino did not help so i guess i should email Big Time Gaming, right? Can anyone help about what to do?

Big Time Gaming elsewhere said that they will not accommodate such requests, especially not for a win of only 1000x which is nowhere near the potential of the game.

Had your win been 20000x they most certainly will accommodate it.
