Rigged? Spot the difference.

rigged or glitch? I've played this game for 5 years and have had 700 gold pots+ the £25 mega spins. but <<<<<<<<<<<< vs >>>>>>>>> area of the rainbow is a joke lol.
everywhere else is the same area as the right however the one on the left<<<<<< seems manipulated yet the  casinos reassure me  it can't be '' rigged '' obviously something strange tho.

Sure it doesn't have anything to do with lower RTP on one of the casinos? Not sure if you've checked but know at least one of them run the lowest RTP slots they can find

None of the sites actually display the games RTP I can't find it anywhere however I doubt it because if it was slightly margin difference how does it explain 40% difference for the same thing? if u look at left and right of this picture 1 is on stake £15 and the other is on £25 stake (correct as it should be)

Open leovegas and type rainbow riches pick n mix > select 3 games as I have and click the 'bigbet' select 25 euro and see the same area as it should be.
the image below is identical rainbow area for the '' pots feature '' and you can see the price is £15 vs £25 (40%) difference which wouldn't be down to RTP if it was slightly adjusted however not sure if SG can be altered or if it's set at default RTP.
@SG Digital any ideas?

Also it wouldn't make sense because videoslots has lower RTP on games play n go where at fruitkings has higher, so lowering the RTP if possible on rainbowriches pick n mix wouldn't make sense.

Ok I misread the info it DOES show RTP didn't look hard enough however... they are the same.

Thanks for bring this to our attention. It would appear that it's an issue with the bet configuration.

I've requested that this is resolved and FruitKings have removed the game while we update the config.

I shud get a refund of the last round played tbh. I hadn't noticed until I spun it.

I did raise the dispute with them, still awaiting a reply but it's early days.
