Genesis casino blocked my account after asking for verification.

Hi guys does anyone on here have any connections with the genesis brand ? waited four days for my withdrawal to be processed to then be asked for verification, which is fine as every casino does this but I go to log in to my account and now it comes up saying that I asked to self exclude (which I didn't) and that I have no access to my account. live chat is useless as its a chat bot and have no way of speaking to a human ive tried contacting via email to no avail so currently have £410 sat in limbo and have no way of getting the money as they won't let me verify my account!! 

 

Any help would be great!

I’m having similar problems with the Genesis brand as well. I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for a withdrawal to get processed now and my account is fully verified. Live chat keeps telling me they’ve had so many withdrawal requests and the payments department can’t keep up…. I’ve never heard so much nonsense in all my life. They even have the cheek to charge you 2.5% per withdrawals.  I’ll not be depositing another penny after this withdrawal finally gets processed.

They just try delaying everything at least they let you sign in, they’ve blocked me so have no way off contacting them!

hoping skylined has some luck with getting in contact with them otherwise I’m screwed, been really unwell the last few weeks after finding out some medical problems I have so this is just added stress for me at the moment 🙁

I had major issues with Pelaa, another casino in their group. Took 60 days for a £400 withdrawal after sending docs in before they were requested. It took making a complaint on AskGamblers to get them to push on with it. About 2 days after it went live with them they suddenly verified my account and received the payment that day...

genesis was one of the first online casinos i played on, verified my account, made a small profit, withdrew, closed my account for 2 weeks (i do this generally to make sure i get withdrawals, and to take a break) my withdrawal was taking longer than it was supposed to, so i contacted them and they said my account wasnt verified and they needed more documents. so i sent them in, my account got verified, but they canceled my withdrawal, and then kept my account closed for 6 months.

after the 6 months when my account reopened, i doubled the money, withdrew it, got it, and closed my account. i have heard of similar things happening to other people

I wouldn't trust Genesis as far as I could throw them. Rizk is another place where contact is non existent - Been waiting 3 months for them to even acknowledge receipt of my docs. The best casino I have ever played at is Megaways Casino which used to be Starspins. Withdrew 2k last Friday, and it was in my bank account the very next day.........No documents needed! My advice? Play there.
